Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities. The hotel was excellently located very near the train station with connections to the airport and easy access to the historic centre with its shops and restaurants. Would stay here again on a return visit.

Very unique hotel, great location. Easy walk to all the restaurants/shopping/train station! We ate at Kings Cave, very cool setting and food was delicious! Live music such a huge bonus in the bar! What makes this hotel stand out is the staff, they are SUPERB!!

Nice and convenient hotel with 5 mins walk from train station, room a bit old fashion but in good condition and clean. We stayed in suite room w river view it was nice , but train station just downstairs so a bit noise if anyone sensitive for noise need to be aware. Overall it is a nice hotel

Good location. Very close to train station and is walk-able to the old town. Nice staff. Surprised that there is a nespresso machine in room, coffee is free of charge and capsules are refilled everyday. There are also free apples on each floor. This is super heart-warming when you step out from the elevator and see a tray of free apples after a long cold day outside.
Rooms are smaller than expected. There is almost no walking space after placing our 2 luggage cases. Door of toilet cannot be locked. We expected to have a bathtub in the bathroom as pictures shown on room description but there was no bathtub in all 3 rooms we booked.

The public areas of the hotel were good 4*, but that's where you are still spending. The Classic bedroom was average 3*, no bathrobes, mineral water only for the first night, noisy wobbly sliding glass door to the bathroom offering little privacy, duvet no bigger than the width of the bed and no low level night light if you need to go to the bathroom without disturbing your partner. Main reason for booking this hotel was proximity to the train station which is only 5 minutes away.
