The hotel is conveniently located to visit both the town of Gruyeres and the Cailler chocolate factory. The hotel is well equipped with clean, modern rooms. The best feature, though, is the underground tunnel to connect to the spa. After traveling, we enjoyed almost 3 hours in the various pools, saunas, etc. With indoor and outdoor options, there was something for everyone.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is the best that I’ve ever had. Great food for dinner at their restaurant too. Very clean and will love to come back.
