Stayed 2 days in couple for relaxing ! We spent really good time and relaxed ... Restaurant was really excellent as well !

The hotel is conveniently located to visit both the town of Gruyeres and the Cailler chocolate factory. The hotel is well equipped with clean, modern rooms. The best feature, though, is the underground tunnel to connect to the spa. After traveling, we enjoyed almost 3 hours in the various pools, saunas, etc. With indoor and outdoor options, there was something for everyone.

A brilliantly run hotel. Everything from the famous Spa to the less famous ris-de-veau seved by the chef is brilliant. Helpful and knowledgable staff. High spec and quality rooms.

The overall assessment is that it is a very nice hotel. Many travelers from the US will be surprised by the high price relative to the services available at the hotel but this is more a testimony of how expensive Switzerland is rather than the lack of services available for that price range. I received a room with 2 twin beds and they were more children-size than for adults. Colleagues traveling with me who were booked in a double bed were very satisfied. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the staff very attentive. The location is great ( but you will need a car to get around).

Great snowshoe treck up to the Vounetse and hot bath! Salad buffet of Sunday evening was very average, but breakfast Monday morning excellent (we didn't catch the famous buffet)

Ich empfehle das Hotel Cailler sehr. Gerne auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war wunderbar, die Ausrichtung eher weniger, da das Fenster zum Hintereingang des Hotels führt und mit Emissionen gerechnet werden muss.

Pour un quatre étoiles accueil pas à la hauteur: problème d’explication pour les bornes de recharge électrique. Pas capable de m’aider suite à un problème technique de la borne. Très compliqué de se connecter au Wifi. Problème technique de la télévision dans la chambre avec plus d’une heure d’attente. Vu le prix, organisation pas à la hauteur !
