Truly a beautifully appointed hotel with a wonderful spa and incredible attentive staff. If I am fortunate to return to this charming town I will be staying at Hotel Daniela. Special thank you to Sister Rebecca who went out of her way to make our visit extra special.

We were exceptionally happy with our stay at Hotel Daniela. The room was a clean and comfortable blend of new renovation/modern amenities and Swiss charm. The spa was beautiful and well-appointed. Phenomenal breakfast with friendly servers. Great location that is a short walk to the city center and train station (though transit is provided by the hotel). Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again on our next trip to Zermatt.

This place was fantastic! They really know how to run a hotel. Not one need was unaccounted for, from the little touches in the room to the exceptional breakfast buffet. My American family has been traveling across Europe for several weeks now and Daniela tops our hotel experience. Most of the hotels nickel and dime you for every little thing, but this hotel provided exactly what you needed without viewing it as a method to add to your bill. It felt like they really wanted you to be happy and comfortable. We needed that after so many days on the rails. I recommend highly.
