This Hotel well exceeded my expectations. This started from the shuttle to and from the train station. The lady at the reception was very helpful and efficient. She provided lunch recommendation which is nice. The room was clean and modern. We shall be back the next time around.

We got an upgrade to their newly renovated hotel by the river before we arrived,also using their online check-in and reserved a shuttle service. It was a wonderful experience for us in Zermatt!

在訂房時我留了一個訊息說這次旅行是為了慶祝我們的結婚週年，飯店也送我們一個禮物就是幫我們upgrade到Hotel Julen住宿，是一家充滿愛心和浪漫的酒店！一切都很好，服務親切、房間乾淨，水療設施也很讚，Hotel Julen房間內的點心飲料是免費的，還有咖啡機，讓我們很享受很自在，真的像家一樣！但有些小缺點，第一，我不知道有飯店車站的接駁，所以沒使用到，第二，早餐普通，沒有特色。
