We had a perfect four-night stay and loved this place! The apartment was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's the ideal size for two people and features a fully equipped kitchenette complete with a microwave, fridge, and great cooking facilities. The location is incredibly convenient, too—there's an Aldi supermarket right across the street, a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, and it’s only a ten-minute bus ride to the main train station. We were extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend this apartment!

Requires to rake a 10 min bus to get to the city center. Most important problem which the manager still has not been able to address is the poor room cleaning by the cleaning staff.
The hotel chain management not taking any action despite so many complaints on this matter means I will never be staying with this chain again.

The hotel is a nice, clean, comfy hotel. Very modern. Pictures are accurate as to what you see on line. The hotel is a bit outside the main centre and not much around it. However, it is a quick bus ride (less than 10 mins- take the 101 or 107 from the train station). The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick simple meals. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There is not a full wall for the shower, and a 1/4" x 1/4" block to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom, so prepare for water to be generally all over the wall and floor. There is also 3-in-1 soap/shampoo/conditioner, so make sure to bring your own if you have hair.
One of the workers let us check in a few minutes early; the self check in kiosk will not work if you arrive before 1500.
The hotel is 15-20 mins walk to any of the bus/trams to bern, so you will generally be approximately 40 mins from the city
The vending machines are extremely expensive.

The hotel is mostly trying to be automated. Staff was helpful. Room was fantastic and well equipped. The hotel also gives you a code to use transit in Bern for free.
No parking available on site when I went so I had to scramble. But the hotel was still a great value.

The appification of all services at this hotel made it much harder than required to do everything. From check-in to laundry to offsite parking everything needs an app, and mostly 3rd party. The lack of staff also didn't help when I got locked out because my key wouldn't work one night when walking the dog. Thank goodness my girlfriend was inside and that I took my phone on the walk ( I usually don't). Though the staff were helpful the overall experience was terrible and this hotel. There wasn't even anywhere to put suitcases in the room.

I liked the overall stay. Having private equipped kitchen is great perk. The room was also good. Although bed and bathroom were clean and tidy but room floor was not properly cleaned and had some dust and particles so I am rating it 4 star. There are further some suggestions regarding room preparations that can be added like slippers, shampoo and toothpaste etc.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff was completely unavailable between 8 PM and 9 AM, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer hospitality.
Parking was another nightmare – very limited, with no clear instructions. After asking around, I was told to park my car under a bridge, which was not only inconvenient but also uncomfortable to walk back and forth, especially in the rain. Unfortunately, it rained most of my stay, making this even worse.
On top of that, the room was unbearably hot. Although they claimed to have central air conditioning, there was no air coming from the vents at all. The only option was to open the balcony door, but that meant dealing with bugs and insects getting into the room. Not exactly the comfort you expect when paying for a hotel stay.
Overall, this stay completely ruined my trip. Between the lack of staff, poor parking arrangements, and uncomfortable room conditions, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

BEWARE - This hotel does NOT have air conditioning in rooms as advertised. There is no way to control temperature from within the rooms. There is no one in the hotel and the response from the emergency line is to open your windows. Horrible service and amenities for otherwise decent rooms.
