Great atmosphere, great location, very helpfull staff

Center of city but the walls are so thin you can hear everyone around you. Overall felt low quality and meant more for travelers trying to penny pinch. Pillows had no support, room very tiny

Excellent location and fantastic customer Service. Just wished I could have had a room with my own bathroom but the hotel was fully booked.

Very noisy outside. Train sounds and bell from church, I couldn’t sleep well only 2 hours . Window couldn’t completely closed .

First- perfect location and very friendly people. We just did not pay attention for shared bathroom and shower. It may be good for someone but not for someone over 60 like me and my wife.

Extremely easy check in, amazing location, very cute. A great deal for the price and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

Reasonable price for center of Zurich .

The pillows and sheets seemed very dirty. I was not clearing. The shower and bathroom being separate. The listing details were NOT clear and very misleading

The staff was very friendly and helpful—we were able to drop our bags at reception without issue before checking in later that afternoon. The water was hot and the bed was comfortable. We had windows open at night for cool air, and only heard a few people in the alley or in the street starting around 5am. With windows closed, the room was very quiet. Would recommend this place to those interested in exploring the downtown and Old Town section of Zürich!

Location was amazing we could walk to the train which was amazing-We booked a room overlooking the water views and it was amazing but loud at night which I should of know but the view was great-The shower is 1 floor up from the bathroom wasn’t aware of that either. Otherwise good hostel to stay at I would go back

Quiet while being in the heart of the old town and was very comfortable and well kept, as well as easy to access even for after hours check in. This was the first time i stayed anywhere that I had to share a bathroom and was a little nervous about it but thought it would be fine for 1 night, that said, i was very pleasantly surprised about the set up and would have been happy to stay here longer. The staff was friendly and helpful and the single room I stayed in was small but well equipped. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location on the waterfront beautiful view out the windows. Great staff . No hot water or air conditioning. Kitchen area for guests had refrigerator and kitchenware.etc.

Excellent location. Exactly where you want to wake up to. The interior was clean and it was a super comfortable stay.

Location was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. We had a window view of the city and river. The toilets are separate from the room but located right outside and they provide house shoes which is nice. My only complaint was the showers- they clearly needed to be serviced, it’s important to know for women that they do not have women only shower rooms and every toilet and shower room is all gender. Some shower stalls did not have doors or locks. There was obvious mold on the ceiling, walls and within the silicone sealant which was gross. There was also fabric shower curtains which smelled and who knows how often those get changed or washed- it was cheap. The way the bathroom is built it is very easy for water to get everywhere and often there was water all over the floor. Another thing to note is the hotel is located right above a lot of popular bars. There was loud noise until 2-3 in the morning. We didn’t mind this but it may be an issue for some. In all I’d give 3/5 stars because of the severity of the bathroom situation. The late night noise was neutral for us. Our rooms and beds were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke fluent English. We were able to store our bags at the desk before check in.

Great property with awesome staff! :) Everyone was so friendly at this hotel. My one night in Zürich was amazing and this hotel contributed greatly to that :)

Property is in an ideal spot for easy access to amenities. Room very basic. My room was next to a bar and the window didnt close properly, so I didnt sleep well at all during my stay.
