Everything about this hotel was spectacular. Most of it is a hostel with numerous amenities. We appreciated the kitchen with coop refrigerator, common area, the hair dryers, ear plugs (yes, perfect location, but it was hot out-so windows open), bedding was so comfortable (we had an en suite), cleanliness and most of all the location. Doesn’t get any better. Walking distance of central train station, tram station right out the door, Old Town and numerous restaurants, cafes, shopping.

It’s more like a hostel. But if you just want to sleep it’s fine. There is a bar close by and it’s noisy.

The Krone Pop Up Hotel in Zurich was a fantastic place to stay. The location (close to the train station) was very convenient and the hotel had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were friendly, our rooms were comfy and the shared amenities were easy to access. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Great location for sightseeing and shopping and eating. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for travelling close to the trains trans and buses. It was an old place though so you have to embrace that as it is far from perfect with a shared bathroom and shower. Having said that I’d stay there again!

When I have done my booking I did not realise there are no toilets inside the room, only a sink, toilet are in separate rooms by the stairs.However, if are doing a quick trip and spend more time outside and just come back to the hotel only to sleep LIKE ME this wouldn’t be an issue.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite with a bathroom worked perfect for us. Excellent location and relatively quiet considering the activity outside.

This is an interesting place to review, it is a lower cost hotel in the downtown region of Zurich, but it was worth every penny! The location is amazing, we had an awesome view of the river, backing right on to the Old Town and just minutes walk form Bahnhofstrasse. Some rooms have shared bathrooms, there is no A/C, but the charm and the staff made up for everything with us. We would stay again, but maybe be aware in the height of summer.

I’ve stayed here before. It’s a friendly and basic hotel. The room was small, but enough, and the hotel is well placed in Zürich. The best thing is the relatively good price.

Sauber und sehr zentral

Hôtel parfaitement situé près de la gare et de la rivière. Il s’agit d’un hôtel modeste, mais très fonctionnel. Ça va avec le petit prix payé pour ce secteur de choix. Parfait pour 1 à 2 nuits. La chambre est de dimension correcte. Privilégier vue sur la rue car l’hôtel est situé face à un arrêt se tramway.m et cela peut être bruyant. L’hôtel offre des bouchons pour les oreilles dans les chambres pour minimiser les bruits, bonne idée! J’avais insisté pour vue sur la rivière mais j’aurais du accepter la proposition initiale de l’hôtel pour une chambre avec vue sur la rue pour plus de tranquillité. Personnel vraiment sympathique! Le lit était particulièrement mou, mais ce n’était pas un enjeu majeur mon plus. J’y retournerais. Les toilettes et douches communes etaient en excellent état.

Center of city but the walls are so thin you can hear everyone around you. Overall felt low quality and meant more for travelers trying to penny pinch. Pillows had no support, room very tiny
