SALZANO Hotel - Spa - Restaurant

We stayed at Salzano for 2 nights after getting married. They were amazing and very accommodating. We booked a romance dinner for 2 at the restaurant during our stay which was absolutely amazing. They had even set up the table for use with heart shaped decor, flowers and candles. The food was delicious (and there was a lot of it!) and our waiter was fantastic. Would definitely recommend Salzano for a stay and/or delicious meal!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The grounds were beautiful, the beds were comfy, and we very much felt at home. The family that owns and runs the hotel is friendly and very helpful. The on site restaurant is delicious. The hotel is a bit outside of Interlaken, but we loved that part of it. It was quiet and convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Wonderful location in quiet area. Wonderful view of Jungfrau. Helpful staff, great spa facilities. Short 5min bus ride to main shopping.

This very charming hotel was very comfortable and had a lovely spa attached. The food at the restaurant was so delicious. We had some of our best meals on our trip here at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind.

We love our stay in Salzano Hotel & Spa. It was very relaxing stay. Very charming chalet style hotel and spa. It’s not in the center Interlaken but from Interlake OST (east) and Interlaken West were the main train hub it Bus 21 takes you to Salzano Hotel. Spa only open till 9pm.

Wonderful spot just outside the bustle of downtown Interlaken. The food was phenomenal, the staff incredibly helpful, and the spa (especially the whirlpool with stunning mountain views) was the cherry on top.

We arrived to no hot water in our room. Needed a shower. They offered to let us shower in the spa. Very inconvenient upon arrival. When we realized we needed to use the spa, the personnel had left for the evening. Our carpet was wet in the room near the windows. Only heat was working and we had to open doors to breathe because of the heat. Rooms were a rustic style which is fine. Somewhat small room. Restaurant was excellent. Best thing about the stay. However, my friend got food poisoning the last night after we ordered room service. We used the spa but as Americans, it was uncomfortable to be in a mandatory nude situation. We only used the hot tub once. We booked massages and they were okay. Not worth the price though if you want more than a Swedish style massage. Nice ladies but wouldn't do it again. Oh, beautiful spa room. Ambiance was lovely. The hotel is a 20-30 min walk into town or you can take the bus. Bus runs 1 x an hour. We used the bus mostly. Walked into town once. It's about $27-28 for a taxi to the Train station. If you can't take the bus upon arrival, I suggest the ease of the taxi or uber. If I had to choose again, I would stay somewhere in town close to shopping and other restaurants and just go to this hotel restaurant for a meal one night.

Great spa and hotel. Beautiful surroundings and wonderful staff. A bit out of town, best to have a vehicle or rely on public transportation.

We cannot thank you enough for your amazing hospitality and genuine care for us, we have been away from home for 24 days and we loved every second of our stay with you. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer and had to leave. Thank you again and we will definitely return

Beautiful hotel. Spa service was great. Food was great. Taxi and bus service into town was not good. They should have a shuttle.

The first floor rooms were very plain and wanted to change hotels. When we upgraded rooms, we were very happy. Completely different...very cozy and nice!

Wonderful property and staff! Sauna and steam! Family run, wonderful food! Would come back. Away from bustle of Interlaken but close.

They had no Aircon in rooms. And you could hear noise in next room at night and we were told not to talk as it was 23:00. We weren’t loud or making any noise and just talking. Too pricy for what they have to offer. Breakfast was good.

The location if this hotel is very scenic . You can easily get lost in the views around here. There is an easy connection with a nearby bus stop (2-3 mins walk). We didn’t drive here but there was ample (I think free as well) parking here with a couple of Tesla charging points as well. There’s a small children’s playground as well which probably needs some TLC but still an area nonetheless.
