Everything was excptional, especially the staff. This was a lovely place.

O hotel é muito confortável, tem um spa muito agradável numa localização ótima. É fora do centro mas muito conveniente e silenciosa.

Tudo perfeito. A recepção e hospitalidade dos funcionários foram fenomenais do primeiro ao último momento. Ambiente extremamente acolhedor, atmosfera maravilhosa. Adoramos nossa estadia. Quarto é ótimo, café da manhã também muito bem servido e de comida nota 10. Massagem foi perfeita. Adoramos cada dia nesse lugar, que conquistou um espaço especial em nossas memórias na Suíça

We stayed at Salzano for 2 nights after getting married. They were amazing and very accommodating. We booked a romance dinner for 2 at the restaurant during our stay which was absolutely amazing. They had even set up the table for use with heart shaped decor, flowers and candles. The food was delicious (and there was a lot of it!) and our waiter was fantastic. Would definitely recommend Salzano for a stay and/or delicious meal!

Lugar muy acogedor, cómodo y tranquilo. Pudimos hacer check in desde temprano. Cenamos en el rest del hotel (SALZANO) reconocido por Michelin pero al menos los platos disponibles al momento en nada se acercaban a los presentados en la página web del rest.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The grounds were beautiful, the beds were comfy, and we very much felt at home. The family that owns and runs the hotel is friendly and very helpful. The on site restaurant is delicious. The hotel is a bit outside of Interlaken, but we loved that part of it. It was quiet and convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Wonderful location in quiet area. Wonderful view of Jungfrau. Helpful staff, great spa facilities. Short 5min bus ride to main shopping.

This very charming hotel was very comfortable and had a lovely spa attached. The food at the restaurant was so delicious. We had some of our best meals on our trip here at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind.

Absolutely love it. Service and hotel and restaurant super good And the staff was really nice also dressed in traditional Swiss attire Wellness is also really nice and soothing. Defo a 5 start experience. I will go back soon.

We love our stay in Salzano Hotel & Spa. It was very relaxing stay. Very charming chalet style hotel and spa. It’s not in the center Interlaken but from Interlake OST (east) and Interlaken West were the main train hub it Bus 21 takes you to Salzano Hotel. Spa only open till 9pm.

Wonderful spot just outside the bustle of downtown Interlaken. The food was phenomenal, the staff incredibly helpful, and the spa (especially the whirlpool with stunning mountain views) was the cherry on top.

En general bastante bien. Solo que el calor en el cuarto era insoportable y no contaban con aire acondicionado. El servicio bastante bien.

It is super wellness resort. The wellness area was great. Rooms were very good, and clean, very friendly stuff. The only thing is that it is a bit close to the main road where there are lot of car traffic. But apart from that the hotel is absolutely to recommend.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück sehr fein, und grosse Auswahl. Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet,WC plus Dusche war top und modern eingerichtet. Leider war unser Zimmer auf die Strassenseite (Viel Strassenverkehr) Essen war top, leider für und zu wenig Auswahl.

前台接待的職員，態度有點冷淡，感覺不太友善但餐廳的有位男侍應態度非常好，熱情的，友善的餐廳的食物又很出色，酒店的環境好漂亮，晚上還看到星星呢

We arrived to no hot water in our room. Needed a shower. They offered to let us shower in the spa. Very inconvenient upon arrival. When we realized we needed to use the spa, the personnel had left for the evening. Our carpet was wet in the room near the windows. Only heat was working and we had to open doors to breathe because of the heat. Rooms were a rustic style which is fine. Somewhat small room. Restaurant was excellent. Best thing about the stay. However, my friend got food poisoning the last night after we ordered room service. We used the spa but as Americans, it was uncomfortable to be in a mandatory nude situation. We only used the hot tub once. We booked massages and they were okay. Not worth the price though if you want more than a Swedish style massage. Nice ladies but wouldn't do it again. Oh, beautiful spa room. Ambiance was lovely. The hotel is a 20-30 min walk into town or you can take the bus. Bus runs 1 x an hour. We used the bus mostly. Walked into town once. It's about $27-28 for a taxi to the Train station. If you can't take the bus upon arrival, I suggest the ease of the taxi or uber. If I had to choose again, I would stay somewhere in town close to shopping and other restaurants and just go to this hotel restaurant for a meal one night.
