Preregistration made check-in very easy. Room ready early.

We booked this room for 3 occupants. We went and found no place for my son to sleep. We asked them and they brought a role away bed that was broken which they knew it was broken and they apologized. We took the slim mattress on it and placed it on the floor so my child can sleep. In the morning, they brought some bedding and placed it on a sofa in the room, not a sofa bed. That evening 12/29/25 the lady who presented herself as the manager literally interrogated me about the bed and made me feel that I was a criminal. She was the rudest person in a hotel I ever interacted with. Also we asked them to let us stay an extra 45 minutes so we can perform our prayers and that same lady denied our request. If you have a family or have some religious needs, this isn’t the place for you!

Excellent service, quiet. Nice bathroom products. Good wine at the bar.

Lovely place across the street from the train station which is handy. Steps from the lake and plenty of nice places within walking distance.

This is our second time staying here. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. We love the breakfast. It’s such a convenient location to the highway, the city and the airport. We love the closeness to the lake. We’ll be back!

Everything was wonderful. Convenient location right on the lake, easy train to/from city and airport, close to shops, wonderful breakfast and the loveliest staff. Rooms and hotel itself are great too. Overall great value and everything you could want.

Nice modern hotel with a good breakfast included, adjacent to the local train station, nice views of the lake, and paid parking is convenient if you have a car.

Kudos to the staff who are very accomodating and friendly! The front desk lady, who I forgot her name went above and beyond by accomodating us to check in early as we had a long flight from USA. Thank you Yarn hotel! We had a very great experience at your hotel.

Unfriendly front desk service. Not accommodating.

I recently stayed at the Yawn Hotel twice in two weeks, and while the first visit was excellent, the second was quite the opposite. **First Stay:** During our first visit, we had a wonderful experience. The rooms, though relatively small, were very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I had no complaints and left feeling satisfied. **Second Stay:** However, our excitement for the second stay quickly turned to disappointment. We arrived late at night to find our room had an awful smell, reminiscent of garbage and spoiled cabbage. After struggling to reach someone for assistance, we finally spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who moved us to another room. Unfortunately, this new room also had no hot water, which was unacceptable since we needed to leave by 9 AM. We ended up leaving early due to this inconvenience. To add to our frustration, I realized I had forgotten my connector and returned to the hotel to retrieve it. To my surprise, despite not formally checking out, the staff had already started cleaning our room. I learned from a local repairman that many guests had been facing the same issue with hot water, suggesting that this is a common problem at the hotel. What was most disappointing was the lack of effort from the hotel staff to address our concerns. No one reached out to see how they could help or offered any help or efforts for the terrible experience

Very nice stuff, very helpful. location is beautiful, walking distance from the lake. train & bus stations near by. breakfast was surprisingly reach, much more than standard continental breakfast.

Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is one of the best Ive stayed in. Everyone is so lovely and helpful. Second to none for public transport. The bed is one of the most comfortable. But its the view that takes it all the way to the top of the list. Im regretting only staying one night to break up my journey home.

Relatively expensive and not at all flexible on check out dates - strange given it wasn’t that full. Didn’t come across as hugely customer focused - rather more on its processes

The hotel is very nice, but something is wrong with their IT system. The online check in doesn’t work properly. I had to do the check in again at the reception. There I got a key for a room which was already occupied by another guest. How unprofessional! Nice thing to know: Free parking outside from 8pm to 8am.
