The staff were super friendly, they sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay here, both the front desk, and 1F restaurant for breakfast. The bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and quality. The massage in the hotel was phenomenal!! We stayed for one night, and went back again to stay another night the next week. Definitely will go back, and strongly recommended!

We just stayed there for 4 days 3 nights and i can say that their service is good. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of selection from porridge pancakes noodles. Our family of 6 (3 adults 3 children) stay in a room and it has decent space to open 4 luggages. They have a balcony, 2 spring bathtub but I find the bathtub a little dirty as we can see black stuff at the bottom of the tub when filled.

Reasonable price, spacious rooms, 2 hot spring tubs in the room are very nice! The only disadvantage was the railway right by the hotel, we can hear the alarm and the train clearly in the rooms.

Parking was included in this property in the property's basement. Staff were really pushy about leaving google reviews on their service with their name. Room was very spacious with a patio. Bed was really comfortable and breakfast selection is a lottttt.

The family room is big and has 2 hot spring baths with nano bubbles. The staff is nice. The breakfast is not really western except croissant and toasts and jam. The juices are too sweet. The roof top bar is great and surprisingly very affordable but only 5 basic cocktails available

The hot spring pool in room is fantasty, but the soundproof could be better. The uproar from other room kept disturbing us in the mid night so that we can't realy relax and fall asleep for a long time.

We had a very comfy room with great view from Yilan and the hot spring bath is relaxing. The buffet dinner is excellent and restaurant design is modern and beautiful However the down side is the hot water providing system is not stable , sometimes you need to wait 5-10mins to get hot water. But after all ,this is a very relaxing hotel with reasonable price
