Do not trust its red brick facet that seems a bit too old, the room is very clean and well-maintained. The service was just right and heart warming. There is a 2024 Michelin steak house inside the hotel, which I highly recommend, 15% off for hotel guests.

Swimming pool is summer opening only so we found in early nov in 30 degree heat. Pool is closed. The restaurants featured on the website only some of them are open. The bar is small they have a terrace but its closed for winter despite 30 degree temperatures. We wouldn't recommend as you are paying premium prices for room only hotel doesn't offer the facilties
The room keys had to be brought to reception every day of our stay to get them to work, which we found irritating.

Casually elegant, clean, quiet and safe! Steps from MTR Station, shopping mall and high quality restaurants. Room service menu is limited but quality is high. It is one of my favorite hotel when ever I am in Taipei.

As a customer for years, I still want to rate this hotel a high mark. Hotel’s recent renovation uplift the rooms from traditional to modern classic. Along with much better services. Garage staff, door attendant, front desk personal and room services are all excellent.
Hotel’s location is perfect for food lovers. Couple Michelin ranked restaurants are steps away. One restaurant in the hotel got Michelin ranking. Room service items are good quality and very reasonable. Nearby malls has food court. Hotel’s breakfast is very good.
