No windows is a little confusing when telling time

2mins walk distance from Xinzhuang station which is very convenient, room is big and clean, staffs are nice… the only disadvantage is the smell of cigarettes in the corridor

Hotel location very accessible to the mrt station. The problem is you cannot drop off your guests in front of the hotel.

The room I stayed in was cold, due to a gap in the window sealing that also let in noise from the traffic. Probably not a problem during warmer months, and the traffic wasn't audible during the night as there wasn't much of it then. The staff seemed quite professional but spoke poor English, which made it almost impossible to answer some questions I had about the shuttle transportation from the airport before I arrived via phone. The rooms and the hotel in general is visually quite appealing and have a clean and professional design.

The rooms I was shown had very little / unacceptable levels of natural light. Prison cells in the UK would be condemned, on this basis, therefore totally unacceptable in a hotel!

Was watching a concert at the nearby xinzhuang gymnasium and found this hotel nearby. It was spacious enough and comfortable with two single beds and everything that should be provided was provided.

In a pinch, I had leave my house temporarily and I decided to stay at a nearby hotel in the area. It was surprisingly comfortable - there is a free breakfast buffet with your stay every morning (though it isn't a grand buffet, just a few essential morning bits), free self-service laundry, and a really nice rooftop patio. It was very clean and the staff was great. [4 night/5 day stay]

Nice hotel with walking distance of 100 to 200m to the MRT station. Room was clean, there is even a jacuzzi bath tub. Downside is that there is no safe deposit and no hanger in the bathroom. Else the rest was alright.

Had a few night stays this time at this hotel. Been to this hotel a number of times. Breakfast is very good. Only downside is a bit far from city centre but very close to MRT to get anywhere.

We booked hotel purity for the first night of our stay in Taiwan as a place to stay after our late night arrival before moving on the next day to see other parts of the country. We were expecting it to be simple, and it was. Getting to the hotel was very easy with the mrt. The room size was good. The biggest complaint I have is that once we turned the lights off for the night, one of them would flicker on every time we moved due to a wiring problem. Apparently the wiring went through the headboard of the bed, so any time the headboard shook a little, which happened when I rolled over trying to fall asleep, the light would flicker on for a second. I called the front desk and the lady tried to help fix the problem, but couldn't do much as it was late at night when we discovered the problem. We ended up trying to stay extra still and the issue wasn't too bad. Other than the light flickering, hotel purity was exactly what I expected of it.

This hotel was close to Fu jen University and not within central Taipei, although the Taipei metro does run through. It was nice to see urban Taipei from here. Location was close to the metro station, which easily takes you to see all the main Taipei sites (although travelling time may be an issue - getting into central Taipei requires around 30-40 mins on the metro). You could easily get a bite at the nearby night market also. Good wifi speeds, and they also had movies on demand.

This hotel is value for money in term of facilities and services provided. Location is excellent as it is only a stone throw away from an MRT station. Many convenient stores and eateries nearby.

Hotel is a small complex in New Taipei City area. A bit complicated with multiple metro transfer to city centre. Only credit is the hotel situated right off the station. Not much varieties in the area, very local and governments' complex. Hotel condition is average and clean.
