今回は今までで一番長い7泊、お世話になりました。確か6回目位の利用です。日系のホテルということもありますが、とにかく安心安全なホテルだと思います。フロントのみなさんには、いつもながら大変お世話になりました。みなさん日本語が流暢で、日々、帰着時などに、まわりの状況を見つつ、ご迷惑にならない程度にさりげなく少し会話できたことは、女性ひとり旅の私にはとても嬉しく何より心強いことでした。実家に帰ったような気分です。お掃除のスタッフさんも、いつもにこやかな挨拶と、毎日、丁寧に清掃していただけました。私はハウスダストアレルギーがありますが、症状は一切出ずありがたいことでした立地も抜群。地下鉄の民権西路駅まで徒歩5分ほど。ソウ城街夜市、晴光市場がホテルのすぐ裏にあり。徒歩５分程度で地元スーパー（ＰＸマート）や勝立百貨という食料品からお掃除道具まで揃う小型店もあり。徒歩10～25分圏内には毎日通った双連朝市や、寧夏夜市、日本の明治を感じられるテキ化街、カルフール等もあり、ホテルから徒歩圏内でも存分に楽しめました。お部屋も、鍵がカードキーに変わり、エアコンも温度調節可。国内のビジネスシングルよりも広くセミダブルベッドで快適。冷蔵庫は小さい冷凍庫付。NHKワールド・日本BS放映あり。共用の電子レンジ、洗濯、乾燥機もありますよ。今年で30周年を迎えられたとのこと。おめでとうございます。私は台湾と台湾の人々が大好きです。末永くこれからも「ここに人あり」のサンルートらしさで営業を続けられますこと願っております。またお世話になりますね。

Excellent location. If you're a first timer in Taipei you can trust my words - very central, well-connected and in a nice area of the city as well (Zhongshan). The rooms have a kind of antique charm but they're well taken care of. Soundproof (very important in a bustling city such as Taipei) and with blackout curtains. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing that was a "no no" for me was the laundry room. You can use if self-service but the logistics of it are terrible, as you have to wait for it to be clear from other guests using it, with every one of them granted up to 3h doing their laundry, and then the machines are very difficult to operate if you're a foreigner and/or not acquainted with those types of machines. Regardless of this, I had a very good stay.

設備自体は最新ではないが、とてもよく整備されていて、気持ちよく過ごせた。エアコンにドライ設定があったし、バスタブもあったので日本人にはうれしい。最寄り駅は中心部ではないが、かえって落ち着いていてよかった。

AC was turned off the day I arrived. They gave me a powerful portable fan however. Even though Jan, room was too warm for me. The room was smaller than I had expected. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I would return but only during season when AC is available.

Down side: The bathroom had a moldy smell. The bed base was stained. The edge of quilt was stained. The safe had been locked when I arrived. Throughout my stay, one of the towels I was given was stained on its edge. The lighting was rather dim, looking really old. Up side: Excellent, comprehensive, well prepared Japanese breakfast. Staffs were reacting to my poor Mandarin with due care and patience. They are reallly nice and helpful too. The technician came and fixed the safe lock very promptly. Pillows and matress were hard and comfy enough.

Restful stay. English spoken at reception desk. Hotel location is about 2 blocks from MRT red line. Three stops away from Taipei Main Station. There is an elevator at exit 10 from Min Quan W Road MRT station for carrying roller bags.

This hotel was chosen over another after reading all the good reviews. We stayed for 3 nights with much anticipation. Unfortunately, other than its location, which is great & staff were generally polite, it has little to offer. The twin rooms feel small & tight for 25sqm. It’s also the only hotel we stayed that doesn’t provide coffee, only green tea bags & bottled water. No snacks or can drinks were offered in the rooms either, which is common for hotels in Taiwan. Breakfast was rather disappointing with a very limited spread. We stayed in a few other hotels during this trip & sad to say, this one ranked last.
