For the room I stayed in, the price was quite affordable. While it was affordable, cleanliness could be improved. As for the food, I give it a full rating. Thanks a lot.

Single room with shared bathroom The bed is soft and comfortable. The bathroom also has a butt spray. Accommodation near Ximen on the 12th floor, business hours 08.00-22.00, should come to check in during business hours. Booked for Saturday night, 800 baht, with hot and cold water, replenished at any time.

The place is not that far from the ximending crowd but you have to carefully find the sign since the hotel itself is in a building. I stay in a mixed dorm that have more than 8 beds in total, but there are only 2 bathrooms provided. They provided breakfast, which is nice. And the receptionist was really kind and cheerful, speak good english also.
