Staff was approachable and helpful to enquiries. Willing to help with bicycle/umbrella rental and food service. Housekeeping was good. Breakfast dishes have some variety but could be served/kept warm for guests to enjoy

Quite an old hotel with old furniture and fittings.

A family booking for 4 rooms. They initially could not find the reservation. Once they did 3 of the supposedly non-smoking rooms were not. One was really bad. They changed that for another but it also had some smoke smell. Just not as bad. There were also some stains on the carpets in the rooms and some mold on the walls. Of the 7 family members no one considered this to be a good hotel.

Would not recommend this to any business travellers. "Hotel" is on the 7th & 8th floor of an old shophouse office/apartment. Reception on 7th floor. There are basic room amenities but in my experiences were rather dimly lighted within the room and along the corridor. There was some stain on the bed sheet - I cover with the bed cover to sleep. There are security measures like access key control and on ground floor a security guard watches at certain time of day. Strong recommendations to the team @Hotels.com - please visit the hotels you offer. Also, please allow fair choice to cancel our booking. (eg I book online for 2 nights with plan to meet a client who happen to visit the area - hence this visit. When I first check in hotel, I did not feel comfortable and had thought of changing to a nearby hotel which looks much more proper. The cancellation policy with Hotels.com prevented any such cancellation with refunds - although my reasons were reasonable. I was concerned about security and professional state of the hotel to be residing even in a short trip)

Good location. Hotel is walking distance to railway station and also to downtown shopping and night market areas. The hotel is located inside a commercial building. Have to take a lift up to the 8th floor where there is a reception. The hotel rooms are split over 2 floor. The room I stayed in had no window, but it was newly furbished and was modern inside

By only seeing the pictures and rating of this hotel (rated 3-Star as show on Web), you can't image how bad it would be ! It is located on the 7th and 8th floor of an old, unattractive commercial building, I was almost killed by its outlook when I arrived the ground floor ! I never expected that a 3-Star hotel doesn't have its own building ! The hotel lobby is so-so and so as the service personnel, they didn't possess sincere and helpful attitude. The room is not too bad but is very much different from that in the pictures. The carpet is old and worn. The worst thing happened in the bathroom, which bad smell came out from drainage duct, and the shower appliance is broken and rust ! When I requested to change my room, the counter staff refused by telling me that there was no more room vacant. I very much doubt about that as I didn't see many guests show-up at the restaurant during breakfast.

The hotel is located very near the station and I recommend it to travelers who are not driving or do not intend to rent a bicycle for going around. Security is also good because for Rooms which are not at the same level as the reception,you need to use your room card to scan to enter this glass door before going back to your room. Generally,the staff were quite polite. Initially I could not use the wifi even though there was connection. However when I changed the telco my phone was connected to,it worked fine. I found a strand of hair on my bed near the corner. H The room is big and lighting is warm.If you prefer rooms with white lightings, this may not be suitable for u.

The hotel locates at an old building. The lift is petty dirty. The room is very big and clean with good service.

房間老舊，而且沒有停車場，價格就是正常，但附早餐（一般中式簡單早餐）有點意外。 但對面有一間收費停車場所以也不會不好停車。 離夜市有一點距離，大概走路10分鐘左右。

離夜市很近，交通方便。

衛浴有些發霉，其他還ok

地點方便，但睡了兩個晚上，總是癢癢的，房間維護要改善。前枱職員很友善也很專業，早餐阿姨態度欠佳，看見她怒罵兩個女生，女生們只是忘了收拾餐盤，她們發現後便立刻收拾，阿姨實在用不著臭臉擺架子。

房間很乾淨，離車站近，走路5分鐘，羅東夜市也近，而且櫃檯人員很有禮貌，詢問的問題也耐心解決，最重要的是這種價位居然提供自助式早餐，真是太好了。

鄰近羅東夜市！沒有停車場！但對面有付錢的停車場！網路上照片太溫馨！實際根本不是這樣！很像開房間的炮房！為什麼這麼說呢？我們一去check in 櫃檯小姐人不錯！然後講完流程、其中一項不能在房內抽菸！七樓房間都在八樓，一上去八樓大門一開煙味超濃！進去房間看到根本被照片騙了！根沒這麼溫馨！照片物件都沒錯！只是真的很像炮房！再來⋯廁所毛巾還有一根長髮、鏡子前面有可以置物的地方是塑膠置物的（就是放小物品、牙膏牙刷那種置物架）那個地方有煙放在那邊燒過的痕跡！整潔度是還可以！但我真的是很傻眼！說禁菸整間都煙味！然後隔壁是酒店！我就會全兜在一起！反正沒有很好！不建議真的很不建議入住！
