We've had pleasant time here. The room was spacious, full of entertainment for the kids. Each room was unique, our room has pool table and game station, while my friend's room has the car bed. Kids were really happy. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel staff were always polite and friendly, assisting with requests and making you feel welcomed. Breakfast had good variety - Western style toast and croissant or Asian style congee, noodles, steamed dim sum, braised meat and stir fried veggies etc. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Lobby smelt fragrant. Overall pleasant stay and would highly recommend the Themed rooms which can include foosball table, Nintendo/PS3, Mahjong table, arcade etc. depending on the room you get.

Friendly staff, large room with lounge & dining area. Convenient location for Formosa Boulevard Metro. Buffet breakfast was a welcome addition. Staff were very accommodating when our flights were cancelled due to typhoon conditions & we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay.

Not really a foreigner friendly hotel. The staff WAS friendly, just limited in communication. The hotel itself maybe didn't have the best construction; could hear the yelling/crying child next door all night. For the level of quality, the price doesn't match. I would have just spent the extra $30 and stayed at a brand name hotel instead.
