Cleaniness and staff was super attentive and helpful!

We loved the breakfast there. We stayed there 4 days 3 nights and each morning , their food was different . The bed was comfy but I wished their blankets were a bit thicker. We loved the children’s play areas and children area in our room. Their WiFi was very poor. They did try to restart it for me but it was still very poor. I would stay there again

Short walk from the metro, night market within walking distance, convenient shop opposite of hotel, room is big, breakfast has variety and staff is friendly, there is even a afternoon snack and drinks, which we did not expect, was there for 4 night and 5 days, Staff was friendly throughout, Thank you.

The hotel is very kids friendly and breakfast was great

My room was massive, there was a sofa and a small dining area, at least double the size of my room in Taipei It's not too far from two metro stations I was on the 14th floor so the view was fantastic. There was a small balcony you could go out onto The noise pollution is pretty bad, but that's been true of every hotel I've stayed in in both Korea and Taiwan, it seems the norm there is to have single pane glass. If you're a light sleeper I'd recommend earplugs or a static noise generator

The whole building was old. Have a bad smell all night long.

The best hotel we stayed at in Taiwan this vacation. Everything is relative and of the 3 that we stayed at - this was no.1! Breakfast was good, the showers were sublime.

The room was big, but very dated and not in good condition. Laundry facilities was broken during our four night stay.

Room on 13the floor smell so bad we had to open the windows but mosquitos came at night. Couldn't sleep. Even the hallway smelled musky moldy. They sprayed air freshener in the rooms n hallways, even the lobby. Moved to better room on 11th after difficult discussion with daytime manager.

A nice hotel to stay with family especially stay in the kid’s theme rooms. Staff is nice and they helped to rearrange another room that better for the kids.

The hotel is excellent! The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the pillows are fantastic. We even stayed in a room with a floor Monopoly game and oversized dice, which was a fun touch. The self-service laundry room has just one washer and one dryer, and while they are a bit small, they work well. The breakfast is also excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of hotel is good. Walkable to Formosa station and Liuhe Night Market. Convenience stores are nearby. Room is spacous with a nice bathtub. Breakfast is decent with choices. The only bad thing I would say is the limited power plug in the room. Please plan your eletronic charging or bring a extension plug if you have multiple devices to charge. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay.

1. My son fell down from the bed due to misconfigure of baby bed. The hotel staff asks us impolitely that we should see doctor before claiming the issues was due to the misconfigure of baby bed. 2. Hotel argued that we made the bedsheet broken and sought us for compensation. My son is only 1 year old. How can he make the bedsheet broken? 3. No housekeeping at night and only available after 8am.
