Nice size room. Friendly staff and helpful info provided about the neighborhood. The shower head doesn’t stay up on its own so you have to hold the shower head to wash. Could provide soap to wash hands.

We arrived on a typhoon day and the receptionist was very nice to let us check in around 130pm. They also provided 2 cup noodles FOC for dinner as we could not go out due to the typhoon. There was a cute area at L1 with games. Breakfast was voucher at macdonalds. Overall a great stay with homely feels!

The hotel is ideally located for any trips from or to Yilan or sightseeing around the city. It was literally a 3 minute walk from the train station. The room was comfortable, in a good condition and the staff was friendly, caring, and welcoming. And all guests get free breakfast at McDonalds! Overall, a very nice stay!

Location: 4.5/5 near to yilan station n dongmen station. Friendliness: 4/5 propietress gave us addition large room n meal voucher (breakfast at nearby macdonald) upon seeing us with kids. Food: NA. Macdonald. Comfort: Bed makes squeaky sound but room is clean.
