Good location, room is not too small. Excellent!

The hotel has a new name, not the same as on traveloka. The room smells old, the carpet is a bit damp. The room interior is simple. The receptionist is nice.

Fun and comfort and clean also great customer service.

They renovating their hotel and I cannot sleep well because of the noisy hammer sound. But other than that was good.

The room looks clean but made our whole group get itchy hands and feet after just 1 night of sleep. Thick dust and there are small animals coming out from behind the furniture. FYI we booked 4 rooms (4 nights) but only used 1 night because we were afraid to sleep another night 🤦 ‍ ♀.

In my opinion, this hotel's facilities are super complete: from 4 bottles of minerals, 2 cans of cola/sprite, snacks and a variety of tea/coffee sachets to choose from, very different from hotels in general. The disposable towels are disposable, so they are cleaner 🙏🏻.

The room has an automatic toilet, which comes with a bathtub. Separate wet and dry zones. There is a hair dryer. Only the towels are too thin (they are pink eco-friendly paper towels, but you can ask for new ones every day). It is recommended to bring your own towels. But overall it's good.

I stayed in w5 best Hotel for 7 days, it was easy to find out, opposite Hotel Papa Whale, not too crowded but easy to visit Ximending area and grab some local food or snacks. You can take an MRT from Ximen station to anywhere in Taipei! The room size was suitable for 1-2 people and the facilities was quite nice. The bed also comfortable, the maid provided 4 bottles of water per day, refilled the minibar and bath stuffs completely. The flaw was the towel, the hotel did not provide the bath towel but instead provided the paper towel for single use. It was not convenient for me. Moreover, you can see the night lights and mountains through the window, the view was so fabulous.

It is opposite Hotel Papa Whale, so it's a bit far from the MRT. The bathroom has a bathtub. The bowl is automatic, overall, okay.

Ok, I like the room that has windows that are slightly airy, not uncomfortable. Book here (the hotel is opposite the papawhale, which is the size, the hotel is much bigger, but the room does not have windows). The price includes breakfast is ok. Not very diverse, but the taste is ok. The room is clean (may look a bit old). The bathroom is very good, especially the toilet. But the bathroom door is clear glass + curtain blinds Maybe a little dizzy But don't see inside

Upon arrival was greeted by the friendly staff. They were very helpful and super friendly, helped us checked in earlier. The room was very clean and comfortable. Toilet was clean and having a bathtub in the room makes it all so perfect. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip as it's convenient to walk to Ximending and convenience stores is very close by. Definitely recommended to everyone. Thank you to the hospitality of the staff for making my stay a very pleasant one.
