服務人員服務態度良好，有能力排解問題。環境清幽，整體乾淨舒適，本次住一樓房間早上若有其他客人經過公共區域時隔音就略顯不足。有機會下次還會回訪！期待下次見到門口黃色神獸

I love this minshu as it has an elevator and I move my luggages up to 3 floors easily. The host is a lovely lady and the breakfast she prepared is nice. The only setback is they do not receive guests after 6 pm so we have to look for the keys to our rooms ourselves. Our quad room is spacious. However there is only one toilet and shower area (in the same room) so we have to share.

The staff were friendly but had no prior experience with dealing with foreigners. We came to the hotel thinking that there will be dinner at the cafe, but to our disappointment there was none. We were rejected flatly when we asked if any dinner preparation can be made or food delivery service. We were very willing to pay knowing that special arrangements would be charged. They told us that we should have made prior arrangements for dinner, but as foreigners we wouldnt know about the location (too far from any eating places). No offer was made to help us solve the dinner issue. Finally they sold us some cup noodles knowing that we had absolutely nothing to eat. (of course at an inflated cost). Environment was very nice to be honest, but with the service, I think we can find other accommodation around Yilan.

非常舒服的環境！有放鬆到的感覺，包含queen size的大床、泡澡放鬆的浴缸、有很多藏書的公共空間！而且，老闆很熱心的提供小嫩嬰所需的一切用品，包含蒸氣消毒鍋、遊戲床跟嬰兒澡盆，讓第一次帶嫩嬰外出過夜的我們鬆了很大一口氣！早餐很好吃，對於吃素的我也能有素食的選擇！

入住多次冬夏都體驗過，環境很讚！很清幽的位置，離羅東夜市也還在車程範圍！民宿園區內還有個步道可到制高點鳥瞰周遭景色了；早餐是中式餐點，相當有誠意！

照片拍得蠻美的，實際有稍微微落差，蠻多是用木製家具，不是很新的感覺。民宿在北橫公路，真的是與世隔絕的小山腰上，上來的路不難開，民宿不是親子取向，故住客多為情侶，怕小孩吵鬧的蠻推薦的!
