Accommodation is convenient, not difficult to find, there are shops under the accommodation, shops, staff are very helpful. There is water to eat at all times. The bathroom is clean, separated male and female. If going to Taipei again, will stay here again.

We booked one of their private double bed rooms. When we arrived at the listed address around 2:00am, it was actually at a different building. We were given the hostel address and our private room address was a few blocks away. The host was very kind to call a taxi for us in the middle of the night and pay for our ride over to the correct building. The host at the other building got us checked in right away seamlessly. The room was pretty spacious and had a cute hello kitty wallpaper. The free breakfast was Taiwanese milk tea and sweet buns. Nothing too fancy but quite pleasant for what we paid. Very fair price. The walk to the MRT station was around 7 minutes and there were so many 24hr convenient stores around. Convenient part of New Taipei City.

Good location, near metro, easy to arrive from airport (bus 1962). friendly staff, I had double room, it was nice & clean - everything was new.

I could not sleep due to the noisy air-conditioner. We had to take a lift to the receiption even our room were on the same floor. It was a very late check-in time, i.e. after 5:00pm.

The room is well maintained and quite spacious. The tap and shower water pressure were excellent and the water heater is good. I will definitely stay again. The only negative thing is that they didn't come to clean the room which they mentioned they would every 2 days.

臨時換分館是沒關係，不過換到的房間很像是櫃檯人員休息用的房間，置物空間太少了只有一個小茶几，雙人床上下邊都緊貼著牆壁，睡內側的還要用爬的，若是半夜想上廁所一定會吵醒旁邊的人，房間裡還有一股像是要蓋掉異味的奇怪香水味，雖然櫃檯人員服務態度還算不錯，不過這樣的房間真的不太舒適。

1.地點位置方便、價格便宜、離南雅夜市很近，適合過境（路）旅客、背包客入住。 2.設施部分一般，熱水有越洗越冷的問題、牆面有點斑駁；門禁管制有點鬆散。 3.本次入住2晚，清潔人員沒有進行房間清潔打掃。 4.入住第2晚凌晨4點多被隔壁的敲牆聲吵醒，接著門鈴也響了，櫃台人員領著隔壁房客說我們發出噪音（所以敲牆抗議），後來發現不是我們發出的聲音以後，只說了不好意思就離開，不僅打擾我們的睡眠，也沒有說明後續查明及處理的情形，應該要再加強。
