I was a bit apprehensive due to the exterior of the building and having to travel up an old lift to get to the hotel reception but I was pleasantly surprised. It felt safe, it was clean and had good value amenities for the price of the room. I would stay here again if I was in Taipei.

Overall had a great experience at this location. Super convenient to various restaurants and public transit. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side for a family of 4 but manageable.

Air con was leaking at the last part of my stay due to some reasons but nevertheless I would still rate 😊 good for StayInn for overall basic comfort and staff efficiency and excellent hotel location for moving around Taipei !

Hotel has a strict late check-out policy that was NOT clearly explained to guest from the start (during check-in). Caused confusion and hassle during check-out. Bedsheets, pillows and some toilets amenities were never clean, with visible stains and dirt.

Love: The hotel's great location! (near green & red line) and it is also walking distance away from Ningxia night market, Taipei Main Station & many food places. Hotel is also clean and the room is the right size with lovely bathtub. Staff is also very friendly and it seems that the front desk is always manned 24 hours. Improvement: Staff replies via expedia can be more prompt.

Close to station and 7/11/family mart. The room is pretty small so it may be uncomfortable if you are a claustrophobic especially when my room had no window. Cleaning facilities are handy and filtered water is great for refilling your bottle.

Convenient location near Shuanglian mrt. Exit 1 is the nearest exit. Lots of food in the area as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is adequate for one person stay.
