Taipei 101 SPARKLE Hotel

Service good. Room clean and in nice condition and quiet and dark for sleeping. Outdoor patio was a nice, tranquil environment. Breakfast is not good. There were water leaks in the lobby and evidence of water damage in my room and the hallway. Acceptable as a single business traveler for the convenient location and price.

The location is very convenient from bus, train stations, e-bike, shopping centers and attraction is great!. Staff are very helpful, kind and nice. I appreciate them so much. Air condition was too cold, tried several times to adjusted it but it wont make any changes, maybe because it was already set as is. Our bathroom doors height is not through celling or not close totally- only halfway if you’re staying with friends or family its not comfortable to do your “business” as they can hear it and eventually can smell it too its a very uncomfortable. Hotel room are non smoking room but when we checked-in our room smells cigarette. Upon reserving and checkin, we weren't informed that some other part of the hotel are under construction, my mom wasnt feeling well so we stayed in the room whole day and we cant rest properly due to construction noice, the drilling and hammering was too loud from 10am-5pm . Informed the Frontdesk about it and she only said the construction will end at 5pm. We request an airport transfer it was very convenient as well and our driver was so nice. Overall it was a perfect location for everything and good service.

First off, Staff are friendly and the location is great. The breakfast is basic and not worth bothering with. Room was quiet and clan. Room with a window looking out onto a basement wall. Having said that the hotel represented good value.

Super flexible staff. Helped me with a room request, no questions asked. Couldn't be in a better location.

Room set up is decent, a bit too dim but manageable. Good shower, good bed. Real close to taipei 101, real bad waiting for Uber, especially for 6 passengers, not hotel

Very convenient location. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. But some guest closed their door very loudly during night time which sound like thunder every time they closed the door

Hotel location was misleading. It’s actually across the street from Taipei 101, not at The mall. Spent over 20 minutes 10pm at Ight trying to find someone who knew its location. My flight was from US so lost a day so the front desk consider me a no show and deleted my reservation. Almost had to find another hotel by 11 pm. Breakfast was good however rooms where not clean ones to the standard of a normal hotel. Vents and furniture dusty. My door lock was not functioning so I had to be moved. I thinks is a great location however needs more full disclosures to manage expectations. Not many hotel options in the immediate area.

The place is hard to find from the street There is no formal hotel entrance, no one will help you with your luggages, and the place is like a college dorm, I wouldn't you back there again

Tucked in the heart of Taipei via Xinyi district with a lovely terrace view filled with greens and outdoor seats that look up directly at the Taipei 101 tower. Adjacent to the terrace pass is the metro station. The interior was serene and modern. The hotel vibe is quiet with friendly staff. The stay sets a great juxtaposition with the bustling Taipei metropolis.
