The host was very friendly and was very communicative. The location was close to the train station and many restaurants. The room was spacious, and clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. Only bad thing was that it was hard to find the hotel due to the lack of sign. I had to ask some natives in the area for help. The hotel is on the 6th floor.

Best host I ever had. Help anyway he can when needed. Room are in best location of city center and room are big, clean and comfortable. I will stay again if I visit again.

This is not a hotel, its more like air bnb. Does not have a counter to check-in, instruction given not clear. No daily room service and old furniture. Good: Well-located and friendly staff

Excellent location, a very short walk to Ximen MRT exit 6 and right in the smack of Ximending. Basic room, bed is hard and pillow is flat but for the price I can't fault it. Water dispenser is available outside the room. I would like the owner to give more assurance after room booking. The only communication I had was at late night before the day we checked in.

This room is located at the heart of Ximen. The transportation is very convenient. It takes around few minutes to reach Ximen Metro Station. The Room is tiny but it is quite comfortable and clean. The water pressure is good enough to take a comfortable shower and it is not noisy at night. Highly recommend this hotel to other.

The staff is very helpful in getting your needs and questions answered. Had a hiccup in the beginning but communication was clear and everything is was solved as quickly as possible. Location was closed to station and local shops. Quiet room considering the neighborhood. I feel safe here with my family

Staff were very nice and helpful. There were no front desk but staff replied to Line message very fast. My room had small issue during my stay but overall experience was pleasant.

Pro: location is great. 10m from Ximending area but in a quiet alley, hence the convenience without the noise. Food shops all around. 7-11 within 10m. 24h coin op laundry within 200m. Ximen station is just 100m away. Room is big (mine had a patio where the fridge is placed with the electric kettle). You can put at least 3 big luggage inclusive of the patio area. But not sure if all rooms have the patio. Got a peek in other rooms when they were cleaning, still big but no patio. Water pressure is fantastic. But be warned though, toilets are compact. If you want big baths with tubs etc... go find a 4-5 star hotel. Overall, fantastic stay. Con: nothing much except that the entrance to the rooms is through an autolock door. And there's a dark area on the left of the door before you go in where there's the fire escape steps is located. At night, the area seems a bit dodgy (it isn't) but for single female travellers, it may be a slight put off. Another thing, the autolock door is a bit slow in closing, just be a bit mindful of things after you walk through. Taiwan is a safe country but then, no harm in being a tad bit alert.
