一定要加民宿line能讓溝通更好，另外房間乾淨，在公共區域提供飲水機，房內無快煮壺，沒提供早餐但是四周很多選擇，雖然是民宿但房間擺設與管理方式，比較類似商旅，算是商業化經營的民宿民宿的位置更是無可挑剔，走路就能到捷運、老街與英專路房內桌上有寫可以租機車，這我沒試但如果多住幾天直接一起租挺不錯的

老闆非常親切，入住前提供了非常清楚的路線圖及指示，讓我們很容易抵達住宿地點，由於天氣較為炎熱，也事先幫忙開好房內冷氣，這點真的很貼心。另外也提供許多淡水周邊景點及餐廳建議，原先沒注意到當天晚上漁人碼頭有煙火活動，多虧老闆推薦，讓我們非常幸運地看到了很棒的煙火！！！房間本身非常乾淨舒適，空間上也不會讓人有壓迫感。唯一需注意的是在隔音的部分，剛好入住當天隔壁房人數較多，可能玩得較激動，在房內可以聽到隔壁的聲音，不過還好我們也玩得蠻累，所以沒有太影響到休息XD

The location of the hotel is quite good, within walking distance to many places of interests, such as the riverside walkway and some historical sites. The hotel staff was helpful, giving me many tips for places to see. But the hotel surrounding area is noisy. I can hear someone in the neighborhood arguing very loudly late at night. Also, one need to let the hotel know when you will arrive ahead of time, which I did not do. I had to call the hotel after arrive and waited for a few minutes for someone to arrived, which was not a big deal. But I was confused for a few minutes upon arrival.

一泊6,000円強でした。淡水で街中でこの値段。やすさを求めるなら、ここおススメです。古い民家の内装を整備したようです。内部は綺麗清潔なものです。玄関口はオートロックで、訪問した時は開かず、1分ほどして管理人さん横から（笑）現れました。「中、英、ジェスチャー」で入り方など説明してくれる。慣れているせいか、実に分かりやすい。無線wifiあり。シャワー、様式トイレだがウォシュレットではない。冷蔵庫あり。廊下のどんつきに共同のウォーターサーバーあり。冷水と熱湯と両方使える。観光案内としては淡水老街と英事路（最も賑やかな通り）を推薦してくれました。万一街で困った時のためにとLINEに登録。夜な夜な出歩くので、これは有難い。チェックアウトは特に手続きなし。そのまま出てゆけば良い。外観が外観なので「ここに泊まった」とあまり言いにくい（笑）のですが、経済性は抜群ですね。宿泊当日の午後にネット予約できました。
