TY Motel

Staff was very helpful and accommodating with an early check in. Located near airport. Quiet area but near major roads. Ideal for quick layovers.

The room was disgusting. Stains on the sheets, handprints in the shower, cigarette smell. Don’t stay here!

Air conditioning worked fine, buy its a little load. Other than that, great value

I didn't realize this was like a sex motel. But I needed a cheap place by TY airport, and it was cheap and clean.

I stayed here because it’s close to the international airport in Taipei. It was easy to get in and out of, the staff was friendly and spoke enough English. The room was clean, the bed was firm, and it had everything I needed for an overnight stay. And every room has its own garage if you are driving, I’d stay there again.

The light is very dim, they even don’t have the cups in the room, you need to call the front desk to get the paper cups.

Staff was nice

Although we had to wait till 6pm to check-in, the TY Motel does offer luggage storage. We went to the Taoyuan Costco to pass the time. Getting there was easy when riding the bus. Since we did not see many restaurants near the motel, we decided to eat at the Costco food court. We thought this motel was once a storage facility as all the rooms had a roll-up door. Behind the roll-up door is a parking garage for 1 vehicle. The room was clean and we found it amusing that there was a sliding door between the shower and toilet. The room cooled quickly after the a/c was turned on.

Avoid this hotel. This is a prostitute hotel. They even offer condoms. That's not the worst part. I couldn't sleep because the lights stay on. I was told the only way to turn off the lights was to remove the key card which would turn off the a/c. I applied for a refund. I hope hotels.com agrees with me.

The room is poorly maintained and not clean. The facility is not so comfortable, and not worth the money.

I reserved this motel, since it was listed in Expedia. The motel is the one which has hourly rate. The convenience stores are nearby; so, at least, I could purchase something to eat and drink. It was very interesting building structure, garage next to room. I guess this place could be used for certain purpose….

Very wuiet neighborhood next to Main Street. Basically rows of storage garage stalls converted into motel rooms. But, very close to the Taoyuan International airport and the price was economical.

Very windy area and not easy transportation to get food. Metal roof creates no stopping noise all nigjtv
