I love it that they change the sheets and towels everyday. There is also free laundry Machine and snacks for everyone to help themselves to. The service staff was also very polite and they took effort to remember everyone.

Overall, a good “value-orientated” hotel with good service. Positives: 1) rooms were spacious for Taipei, larger than average. 2) Rooms were clean, although slightly dated 2) Tons of free amenities, such as free laundry, free coffee, snacks, etc. 3) English speaking staff 4) About 8-10min walk to train station, so pretty convenient for greater Taipei. Cons: 1) hotel is in the 2nd/3rd floor and was slightly awkward to find 2) No headboard on the bed, so hard to elevate your head 3) bed was too soft for me 4) was a water leak in the room, but the staff took care of it. Would stay again.

The hotel is clean, but since the room faces the street, it can be a bit noisy both during the day and at night. The location is great — less than a 10-minute walk to the MRT station, with lots of food options along the way. I also liked the complimentary coffee and snacks, plus the microwave in the common area. Overall, it’s a solid choice for staying in Taipei.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the airport ride pick up and drop off. They had our names written nice and big so we didn't have to look hard. The snacks on the 2F are a treat. It's nice to be near the Ningxia night market and 6-7 mins from the MRT. Would come again!
