First of all the location on Google maps is the restaurant that the owners run and not yours accommodation so it's important when you book to follow their joining instructions. The owners are very friendly and helpful, giving you a quick brief on all there is to see and do in jiufen before taking you to your place. Mine was about 5 mins away and only a couple of minutes uphill walk to old street. The room also has a stunning view from the bedroom. They deliver a small but good breakfast to you between 0830 & 1000. The WiFi was fine for making phone calls and a machine with permanent hot water is installed in the bedroom. The A/C worked well too. All in all I'd happily use again if I return to Jiufen.

We love our stay at this place! It’s right in the heart of Jiufen. Living here for days gave us an authentic taste of what it is like to live in the Taiwanese mountains. The second floor view is absolutely spectacular. Top of the mountain unobstructed view where we can see the harbors and northern ocean. Loving waking up to see this view everyday! The place is also clean and quiet. Location is excellent, go up the stairs you are immediately in the Jiufen old street where all the actions are. Couple steps and you can see the famous lanterns. Plenty of food choices from all of these options. The staff and service were beyond and above! We arrived during a pouring rainy day, they gave instructions to our taxi location, waited for us, and transported our luggages for us via moped. They delivered fresh homemade breakfast to our room everyday, which was godsend cuz all the mornings were pouring. And we did not have to get wet. When we were leaving they arranged a taxi that can drive up right next to us to save us some walking. We later learn that not many Airbnbs here provide personal greet and meet and luggage services anymore, this one is an exception. They are super responsive via Line chats as well, answering all of our questions and logistics planning. We highly recommend this place to all of our friends. We will be back! Lastly, Jiufen old street itself requires a lot of walking and stairs. Just be prepared for that!

Good place to stay

Great view on the loft level. Nice neighbourhood. Feels safe. Place is very comfortable for 6pax as bathroom were huge with separate area for bathing and toileting even though it only has one each. Short walk from bustop with beautiful view of hillside and sea. Breakfast provided were generous. Stayed 2N but no housekeeping during our stay.

Had a wonderful stay. The owner was really helpful, the place was clean, comfortable and charming, and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again!

First things first, don't navigate to the location via Google maps. It's down a scooter and pedestrian only street up a hill. The paid parking available is down by the main road in temple parking. Call or message in advance so they can meet you and help take your luggage to your room and give you the tour of the area on the way to your room. I'm not sure how good their English is because my wife spoke Chinese with them the whole time. Important, if you don't feel comfortable taking your luggage up and down some steep stairs, this may not be the place for you. Now that getting there is taken care of, the location is nice, the room we stayed in had a beautiful view from the top floor. It was only a few minutes walk to the old street (shops close earlyish 7-8 PM). Overall the room was clean, very nice and the hosts were also very nice and provided a nice breakfast at their restaurant with a great view. If you don't mind a little excercise getting around on stairs, I would definitely recommend this as a unique experience.

The rooms were spacious, designed very beautifully and decorated artistically. Really enjoy the staying. Definitely will come again next time.

Windsor’s Breeze has to be the best place to stay in Jiufen. The view from the property was spectacular, the amenities within the property were amazing and the totally Zen feel of the place was outstanding. The staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous plus the breakfast was delicious. Thanks Windsor’s Breeze we have very fond memories of our time in Jiufen. I’m definitely coming back to stay, but for longer this time.

Awesome property. The host met us by moped and led us to the place (a short walk from the bus stop) so that we wouldn't get lost. Much appreciated. We only had 2 people but the place is huge. Nicely decorated (owls) and clean. The view from the loft is spectacular. Very quiet at night. The delivered breakfast the next morning was pretty good. Nicest place I've stayed at in Taiwan so far.

주인장도 너무 찬절했고 시설도 깨끗한편이였습니다. 무엇보다 2층 침실 뷰가 환상적이였어요. 정신없는 오후, 저녁의 지옥펀도 재미있었고, 한적하고 고즈넉한 아침 지우펀도 너무 좋았습니다.

レトロな置物が、素敵でした。 夜、寒かったのですが、暖房があったので大丈夫でした。置いてあったコーヒーが、またおいしかったです。

スタッフの方が事前にLINEで天候等教えてくれたり、バス停まで荷物を取りに来てくれたりして助かりました。また泊まりたいです。
