Hotel is comfortable and near transportation food shopping I like very much

Suitable for short and budget stay. The room was clean and nice yet old. Equiped with water heater, air-conditional, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, Fridge, cutlery set, steam iron, clothes hangers, microwave, slippers, etc....It is convenient as there is Family Mart and 7-11 stores at downstair and near to XMD MRT. Friendly security guard at lobby. Nevertheless, my stay was disturbed by the stinky sewage smell for the first few days. After spotting the 2 un-covered holes beside the toilet bowl (with linked to the sewage), we got it sealed by tapes and no more stinky smell. Hopefully owner get it solved permanently.

Easy self check in. The instructions left at the front desk were clear. Near many shops. Very clean.

Staying in this place feels like you stay over in friend's room. I think it's like an apartment not a hotel. The building is about 5 mins walk from Ximen station and Ximending night market. The room is so cute <3. There are many facilities such as TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioner, fan, washing machine, toiletry, toilet towel even umbrellas! Vicky, the owner, is very kind and helpful. Contact her in ‘Line’ and she’ll send you the pictures how to go to the building (but some pic is not up-to-date --- you have to turn left at the corner that Hotel Foreseen is located). So, I think if you want the luxury place, this might be not your choice. But if you are finding some cozy and convenient room, this place is worth the money! เราว่าที่นี่ให้ฟิลลิ่งเหมือนไปนอนห้องเพื่อนอะไรทำนองนั้น อยากให้ทุกคนเอาภาพโรงแรมที่เคยไปออกจากหัว แล้วคิดว่ามันคืออพาร์ตเมนต์อ่ะ จะได้นึกภาพที่แท้ทรูออก 5555 แต่วิคกี้ที่เป็นเจ้าของห้องใจดีมากๆ ถ้ามีข้อสงสัยหรือจะแจ้งเวลาที่ไปถึงก็สามารถไลน์บอกเขาได้เลย พอเราบอกว่าเดี๋ยวจะเดินทางไปวันไหนยังไง เขาก็จะส่งรูปเส้นทางการเดินไปที่พักมาให้ (แต่รูปแอบไม่อัปเดต เพราะจริงๆ ต้องเลี้ยวซ้ายตรงหัวมุมที่มีโรงแรม Foreseen แต่ในรูปยังเป็นภาพ graffiti อยู่ แถมทางเข้าที่พักค่อนข้างหายาก เลยหลงทางไปนิดนึง) ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจาก MRT ซีเหมินและตลาดนัดซีเหมินติง ทำให้หาของกิน ช็อปปิ้ง และเดินทางสะดวก ทางเข้ากับทางเดินในตึกน่ากลัวไปหน่อย แต่ตัวห้องโอเค มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเยอะ สรุปโดยรวมก็คือเราประทับใจนะ สะดวกสบาย คุ้ม! แต่ถ้าอยากได้ความหรูหราน่าจะไม่ตอบโจทย์

Good location, easily accessible to train station. House fully equipped with appliances. Glad that i made the right choice to pick this apartment.

The location is convenient, easy to go everywhere, walkable to Ximen MRT. Only not really clean.

You do get what you pay for! Vicky was so sweet! This place seems to be more like an Air B&B. Very LARGE residential building that seems to have a few rooms being rented out as a hotel. There is no DAILY room service and YES it was advertised that way so no surprise, but we did miss not having a clean and dry bath towel. Every door has massive Security gates. Rooms did have very nice amenities. Beds were not that comfortable and the sheets were minimalistic. Some sheets had holes and stains. One room did have a washing machine and we did take advantage of that and hung clothes inside and outside the window to dry, along with the bath towels! only major downfall, NO paper flush toilets.

The room is clean and comfortable. It's near MRT and easy to travel. And if you want some privacy room this hotel is your answer.

Not too hard to find the room, entrance is a bit scary but room is so nice and you will get most need complementary. Water is in the kettle but no free drinking water.

Location is within 5 mins to Ximending Stn. However, we did not expect it to be a guest house. We did not get the room we booked for the first night as the staff explained that the toilet bowl was clogged. We did not get the room type that I have booked. It was a room with 1 queen bed unlike the pic of the room which showed there were two queen beds. They compensate us for the inconvenience caused for the first night. The 2nd day, we moved to the room based on my booking. It was a bigger n better room. The room booked as appeared on the website - 2 queen beds - what we got was a queen bed. We moved out the next day although we had another night booking. The room was nice but it could do with better sound proofing.

Great location near MRT exit 1. Very close to Ximen walking street. Great place to stay.

Host was really super friendly, nice, and went above and beyond to provide directions for arrival and even met with us at the MRT station to help guide us. The only thing unfortunate was that we left something behind but the host said she couldn't find it after we had left...

The photo shown in the website and the actual room is totally and I mean totally 100% different... I felt cheated because the place seems dark and unsafe at the same time... Please look into this and allow more users to get cheated... Thanks

西門駅から5分もかからないくらいの近さで、途中にコンビニ、飲食店もあり雨にも濡れずに行けて本当に良かったです。部屋も広く冷蔵庫も大きく全自動洗濯機もついていて非常に便利でした。セルフチェックイン、アウトですが事前のLINEでのやり取りで何の苦もなく出来ました。台湾旅行の際は是非毎回利用したいです。

所在位置近西門捷運站1號出口，不用五分鐘就到達民宿，入住前房東亦傳送附有圖片的地址，方便我們容易找到民宿，讚 讚 讚，若然，可以改善厠所之異味，就超级讚呵

完全跟照片不同 先不說在很舊的大廈 走廊不光猛很污糟 廁所沒有淋浴間 沖涼後地下全濕了 廁所去水極差 要手動用泵去水 還見到有蟑螂 冷氣很嘈 唯一可取的就是管家很好 雙人房真的不要訂 把我嚇怕了

房間整潔，鄰近西門捷運站，沿路有便利店、食肆及郵局，非常方便！
