This is a very nice hotel within walking distance of many of Hsinchu's downtown sites. The room was clean and appears to be newly renovated. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. The only issue that I had was the wifi dropping in and out of service throughout my stay. This might be a challenge to anyone who is relying on the internet for work or travel. This hotel is a great deal for the price! I would recommend it to anyone who is coming to visit Hsinchu for tourism or business.

Great place to stay. Good value for your money, and great location. Breakfast is included, but you are close to breakfast places that are cheap and delicious! Hotel has a small fridge, kettle, water, and toiletries. We keep extending out stay becuase it is so convenient at a good price

By the time I entered the hotel lobby I was regretted to book this hotel. Messy presentation. Room is terrible with wet smell. Bathroom mold everywhere. Breakfast very depressed compared with other hotels in Taiwan, they present a menu let you choose one day in advance and they ordered from a restaurant early in the morning, when the time you have your breakfast becomes chilled. The one star I give is because they have free laundry.

The staff at reception are very nice. No English speaking but that’s ok. The staff of breakfast is awful. They put the TV super loud, then they need to shout at each other to hear... the breakfast is in the basement, with no windows, only lame food... The rooms are not soundproof at all, you can hear the neighbors shout in the morning, and it’s also not smell proof. Our neighbors were smoking and it came to our room...

A bit far away from the TRA. The surrounding area has little to offer. But the room is nice especially considering the price. Overall have a reasonable good impression of the room. The breakfast is really good and we really enjoy interacting with the aunt who prepared it.

Like above, deco is modern and well designed. Breakfast is good, room is very clean. staff is friendly - helped us to call a cab. Bads - really hard bed, leaking bathtub, one light was not working making the room very dim. Our room is exactly the first room facing the lift so it is extremely noisy and the walls are very thin you can hear the tv next door.

it takes more than 20 minutes walk from railway station to this hotel, taxi 110 yuan. the other downside is without laundry facility in this hotel. breadfirst is ok. there are 2 super market next door one open till midnight another open 24 hrs.

very friendly and helpful stuff, When I complanint to the front desk about the strong cig smoke smell, she offered to change the room immediately. Supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but...... if you are a smoker, this is your hotel. Not for me! I gave overall 3 stars for the friendliness of the stuff.

Great service and location. My brother and I stayed here in a 2 twin bed room. The first night was akward because the wall to the shower and toilet were glass, but a young woman at the front desk had amazing English and helped switch us to a room with a solid wall between the bathroom and beds. The location was great as we could walk to the temple market, the Mega, train station, U Bike station, etc. We kept rebooking night after night becuase it was such a great deal for the service, location, amd room itself.
