Location is goo,, but so noisy building behind have renovations.

Room decoration is so far so good but additional charges for late check out is applied.

Not in the center of Chonburi city but still reachable by Grab online application vehicle. More similar to a villa than a hotel. There is a car parking space above our room. So it's 2 floors. In the under parking above the room. The spacious room has a small sofa in it. There is also a TV, although local Thai broadcasts are sufficient. The AC is decent. The bathroom is large. The toilet and shower area have a partition separating them. Smooth water. Soap and shampoo are provided. Fast Wi-Fi. The room design is a bit unique, but it's safe. Many mirrors so you can see yourself clearly. But the light is too yellow, which is what makes me uncomfortable. So the effect is that the room is not bright white. The staff here are middle age men and women, but they don't speak English. So my suggestion is to just use Google Translate if you want to communicate. There is a room key deposit of 100 baht in cash.

The room is clean, not busy, the owner is lovely, the service is good, super friendly.
