I feel good about my employees. Beaming Hello, from the front of the house, the room is pretty clean, the picture is enough to know. I do not know how to do it. So we got a good service and good use. We also upgraded the room to a free suite. If visiting Sriracha next time. It's not here.

The only good thing is the air conditioning is very cold and can't be lowered, but it's still better than being hot. Also, the housekeeping staff and front desk staff are very polite. There are many downsides though: - The hotel looks new from the outside, but the inside is old and needs renovation. - The built-in sofa in the Superior room has dried white stains. No need to guess what they are. 🙂‍↔️ - The bathroom has one shower cap, one small bottle of soap and shampoo, and one small bar of soap. - The reviews said there was a washing machine and microwave, so we assumed all rooms had them. Turns out, the Superior room doesn't. We even bought food beforehand! - The breakfast selection was limited. We stayed on a weekday, so maybe it's better to go on a weekend? - You have to stand in the bathtub to shower 🤣 It's a rather strange design. - There's limited parking compared to the number of rooms. - The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear people walking past your room and their shoes.

The staff always smile when they see customers (from a distance). Premium service, no loud noises, VIP atmosphere, beautiful view of tall buildings, sea view. Service exceeds expectations (room upgrade without asking). Children's pool is a warm pool (so children can play in the water for a long time). Good breakfast. It is a hotel that the app promotes, excellent quality.

Booked for 2 people, but the Traveloka app defaulted to 1 person (did not change when clicking the booking). On check-in day, we received 2 breakfast coupons. However, on the day we came down to have breakfast, the hotel list specified 1 person according to the booking information. So we called Font to ask for information if the room price booked, 27xx, for 1 person and 2 people, is different or not ??? We were informed that the rates are different. The customer booked for 1 person, therefore, they must pay an additional 400 baht for the buffet breakfast for 1 person ^><* Additional question: Is the price different for sure? The problem is, on the check-in day, the staff saw how many customers were staying but did not inform us that the booking was made incorrectly. However, they did not complain and gave us 2 coupons as usual. Deducting points for the staff who looked like a punk on the morning of August 4th for not checking the number of guests properly beforehand. They kept making us pay for an additional head of food, even though whether there was 1 or 2, the room price booked was the same.

The hotel should be full of guests during the Koh Loi Fire Festival. The service in the breakfast room was not in time at all. The hotel couldn't cope. Most are Thai people. Come down and use the service together. Guests must walk to find a table. Clear the table and clear the dishes among yourself. The buffet line couldn't be filled in time. I'm rooting for you// On the 25th floor, the water in the bathtub was not clear, cloudy yellow. I didn't inform you during my break because I came back late and wanted to rest. The other parts are clear as normal.
