Very good. Convenient and not far from the city center.

Too noisy. All night cannot sleep. Room with dust.

Comfortable accommodation near Central Surat Thani. Breakfast is served with coffee and sandwiches.

Everything is good except the room next door is very noisy. I can hear it very clearly, like we are sitting together. I can't sleep. If this can be fixed, it would be great.

This is my return to stay at B2 after using Hop Inn for a long time. From now on, I will return to Hop Inn permanently. Policy: Children over 7 years old must book another room. No extra bed is provided. My mother came with her 11-year-old daughter and 11-year-old niece, 3 people in total. The staff did not have any suggestions or solutions to help solve the problem for the customers. I asked if they would charge half price for the children or any other suggestions. They had to sleep together. How could small children have separate rooms? No. Most customers would agree to book another room and come down to sleep in the same room. Why!!! Then how could a small child like this sleep alone? The front desk staff replied that the customer must manage this themselves. Huh? If they answered that they would like to call the manager for a moment, it would be better than arguing with the customer. There is only one solution, which is to book another room. To be honest, this hotel is so big. Please improve your customer service a little bit. In terms of service, giving advice to customers, the service mind is not as good as Hop Inn. P.S. In the end, another staff member called the manager to end the matter. The customer was satisfied. But what was not satisfied was why they were arguing with the customer instead of finding a solution from the beginning.

The staff is not willing to provide service to customers. They asked to borrow an iron and said they did not have one. Even hotels are willing to provide one, but here they are not ready and not willing to provide service.

The Wi-Fi drops out often. Other than that, it's very good. The place is clean and nice.

Better if we can have a higher floor as we requested. The room is clean, but the towels look really old compared to the floor mat, which looks white and new. Hot water is not stable. Overall, I still like this place :).
