Only good thing is the convenient location and direct beach access. Everything else is terrible. The room and sink were full of tiny bugs, clearly no proper cleaning or hygiene at all. Most of the staff were rude, only a few were nice. For the price, this place is absolutely not worth it. Avoid and stay somewhere cleaner and better managed.

the hotel was very good location to the beach/bars/shops & restaurants. the rooms were clean and spacious, you just couldn’t keep the aircon on so it got hot through the day. the property didn’t look as good as the pictures, this was when it was new. overall i would stay again for convenience and cleanliness

Good restaurant, staff and amenities. Great location with market across the road. Only negative is the flight path over the top of the building which does stop before midnight. Excessive noise of party goers but it was a saturday night.
