The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the room is average, and the drains in the bathroom often smell. The attitude of the reception staff is not very friendly and the quality of the breakfast is also very poor.

Only good thing is the convenient location and direct beach access. Everything else is terrible. The room and sink were full of tiny bugs, clearly no proper cleaning or hygiene at all. Most of the staff were rude, only a few were nice. For the price, this place is absolutely not worth it. Avoid and stay somewhere cleaner and better managed.

The breakfeast was very good, I think the pillows whas much to big/high, the aircon whas very noicy. Staff is very friendly and the pool is very nice, but its little to expensive to have a drink ther. You are not allowed to even bring an apple to the pool. We stayed three night and we dont need the room cleaned, but you could fill up with water and coffee, wich you did not

Les chambres sont spacieuse par contre ma chambres rez-de-jardin a partir de 7h du matin on commence a entendre les avions en mode décollage sinon le lit très très dure comme si tu dors par terre rapport qualité prix moyen plage pas aménagée comme dans les autres hôtels a côté pour des jeunes qui veulent faire la fête tout est à côté pour un séjour de repos pas l hôtels qu il faut réserver

Service was acceptable. No where did it say that a cash deposit was required upon arrival. The bathroom was in poor condition. Dirty to say the least. The photos glamorise the property. I will definitely stay in a different hotel next year when i visit.

シャワーは水圧、温度ともに良かった。 room cleanではシーツや枕カバーが取り替えられていない時や、水が置いていない時があった。ドアがなかなか開かなくてイライラした。

Most importantly: The room was very hot. A/C could only operate when you were in the room with the one keycard, that could be provided according to hotel policy (see photo). No A/C in the bathroom. I complained but was rejected. I had expected the hotel to be located directly at Chaweng Beach but it is actually behind a reef and the bottom is filled with sharp rocks. Move a few hundred meters south and the beach is perfect. The hotel offers free airport transfer - great service. The hotel is located at the end of the runway resulting in some noise and stunning views. If you like smoking weed you can do it around the pool - I don't like the smell of that.

Vi er en familie som hadde bestilt fem netter, men valgte å dra etter en natt. Hotellet tillater å røyke cannabis ved bassenget og det vil ikke vi at barna skal utsettes for. Det var også sjenerende støy fra fly som fløy rett over hotellet og mye nsttestøy fra uteliv. Passer nok best for partifolk.
