The hotel is a standard Asian hotel. It's run by Indians so it doesn't quite meet US standards of clean. (IE My room had a dead roach in it both days. (But it didn't have any live ones).) It's a combined shower, sink, toilet bathroom (standard to Asia). For the discounted price that I booked the room at, it was a great hotel with a room that stayed cool (via the A/C). The hallways were a bit hot since they weren't air conditioned. Overall, if you want a US style hotel, stay in one. If you want a private room at a cheaper local resort. This one is good. The walk from BTS is pretty easy. This hotel is across from Narai. (Note: if you get directions from Google, it has this hotel at the wrong place on the map currently so make sure you use street view and find the hotel.)

The staffs were nice and friendly. Sometimes they forgot changing towels but that was done quickly when I told them. The accommodation was ok with a view except there was no hair dryer or iron for clothes. Overall it was clean and good enough for sleeping. The price was quite high due to booking on holidays but we couldn't find any better option with this price in this area. Recommend to book deluxe room for a window city view.

I had a terrible experience at the hotel. The location was fine, but the foul smell in the room was unbearable. The room and the toilet had no windows, and the ventilators didn't help. Additionally, the room light switch was connected to the ventilator, so if I turned off the light, the ventilator also went off. As a result, I had to sleep with the lights on. The smell coming from the toilet was overwhelming, and the door didn't close properly. I arrived at the hotel around 11 pm, exhausted, but I couldn't sleep because of the smell. I had to check out the next day and find a better place to stay. I hope the hotel addresses the foul smell in their rooms and reception area. But I will never be there again.

The location is near the BTS and the market which sells lots of food, the rooms are large, but the cleanliness is only cleaned at the visible level, the corners and under the bed are very dirty, it was quite pleasant to stay 7 nights.

Staying 4 nights at this hotel is not recommended! Lots of mosquitoes, and the jetspray in the toilet doesn't work properly, there's no hot water for showering. Very unfriendly receptionist!

พนักงานไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพในการแนะนำหรือพูดคุยกับลูกค้าเวลาเกิดปัญหาและใช้คำพูดตัดปัญหาไปส่งๆ ทั้งคำพูดและสายตา ไม่มีคำหยาบแต่งานบริการควรใช้คำพูดที่ดีกว่านี้ ห้องน้ำมีปัญหาแจ้งขอเปลี่ยนห้อง เราแจ้งว่าท่อน้ำมันแตก แล้วคำถามที่พนักงานถามคือ “แล้วมันแตกได้ยังไงละคะ”… ลองใช้คำถามนี้กลับไปถามตัวเองดูนะคะ ถ้าไปใช้บริการห้องพักแล้วมีปัญหา แล้วพนักงานถามมาแบบนี้ มันไม่ควรเป็นคำถามด้วยซ้ำค่ะ ลองศึกษาการบริการโรงแรมดูนะคะ อย่างน้อยก็ให้มีมาตรฐานกว่านี้หน่อยค่ะ พักโรงแรมในกรุงเทพมาก็เยอะแต่ที่นี่ครั้งเดียวพอค่ะ
