When checking in, Auntie said something like, “Don't mess up the towel. You'll be fined." What does this mean? Why do you have to say this? What do you want to convey? We booked through this app for 2 nights, almost 3 weeks in advance. When checking in at first, there was no name on our reservation. We're fine. When I first went in, there was no shower head. Please put it in later. I feel terrible staying here.
