Less than a moment later we were offered an equivalent room in the back - lucky the resort was not full that day). Five ⭐ for service! Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, excellent location... We loved Changsi Resort and would highly recommend it to others. Well done 👍

First time staying here, very impressed. Requested a room on the upper floor, the hotel arranged it for me. The view in the morning, waking up to see the mountains, very beautiful, refreshing. The room is spacious, the bed is soft, well separated. The staff at the front desk is very welcoming. Too bad we stayed on a rainy day, so we didn't get to try the swimming pool, but everything was very good. Will go back to stay again.
