The service at this property is exceptional; the entire team ensured we were well looked after throughout our stay. I chose this resort for its convenient proximity to Don Mueang Airport while waiting for my girlfriend to return from abroad. Although I arrived later than she did, her arrival experience was seamless. The security and bell staff were incredibly proactive, assisting with her luggage from the taxi directly to the check-in desk. Upon my arrival, I was equally impressed by the guest rooms—the walk-in shower was a particular highlight, offering both great design and a sense of space. A truly lovely establishment.

I stayed at Livotel Hotel Kaset Nawamin Chatuchak and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel is conveniently located near everything you might need. Just a short walk away, there’s a 7-Eleven (my go-to for quick essentials), along with food stalls that come alive at night, a pharmacy, and a laundry area. The beddings were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even as a solo traveler from the Philippines, I felt right at home. The locals in the area are so kind and helpful. Even with a language barrier, they were patient, and my translator app made communication easy. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here, and I’m already considering coming back for a longer stay. I had a good experience at the hotel. Near the airport, convenient for transportation because I landed late and had to check out at 4am. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable enough. Full basic amenities. I found it very quiet, there was no noise at all. Before, I was very confused because many people said the room was not soundproof. Waking up in the morning, there are birds singing and roosters crowing. Very peaceful.
