Amazing pool, helpful staff and clean/functional rooms. The hotel grounds are pleasant. Hotel did not offer breakfast menu/food or coffee, but the lunch/dinner food was delicious.

There was an error during the hotel booking, but the hotel tried their best to handle it. Too bad we didn't have much time to play in the pool. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was nice, and the birds woke us up early in the morning.

Some employees, problem solving and service provision Not impressing guests Air conditioning is not cold, said cold Even if you are not ready, you should not accept reservations to spoil your first time staying here. All in all, I'm not OK with some of the staff here.

Used to stay two times, first room Pool Access Room is OK, good for the second time was determined to stay in Pool Access Room, but not the book. It is a Pool Villa Room, which was disappointed - the power center of the tube to the first - in the bathroom to pull the water from the shower head was loose. (Bath shower but small) - the sink. Drainage holes tons of water slowly washed my face flood basin full year. Pool Villa Room expensive. Add another few hundred Pool Access Room was a lot better then.
