Room: Feels homy. Not very luxurious (just like most 3-star hotels), but have a lot of amenities (sink, microwave, fridge, etc). The 3-4 pax room is very spacious and includes a washing machine and dining table. Amenities: free Wi-Fi and 2 bottles of water every day. Standard room has a sink, microwave, and a mini fridge. The bigger room has a bigger fridge, a washing machine, and a dining table. The hotel has two elevators. Free breakfast is not included. Toilet includes a bidet shower. Location: Just right besides Mall Lifestore Bang Kapi, which is a wonderful mall and has a lot of stores and restaurants. Lotus Bangkapi is right across the street. However, Bang Kapi itself is quite far from the city centre (~1 hour by boat to Pratunam or ~30 minutes by car). There are small street food market and a 7-Eleven near the mall. Accessibility: Very close to Mall Bang Kapi Pier. Bang Kapi Station (Yellow Line) is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff: The staffs are very friendly and helpful, although the English is a bit limited, basic questions and requests are not a problem. Overall: For its price it’s a very good 3-star hotel. Not very luxurious, but a lot of amenities and friendly staffs. Very recommended if you’re not looking for a hotel that is very close to the city centre.

Had a great one week stay with my family, staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean, staff topped up water and toiletries daily. Local area has great food options both western and local ,with 5 min walk to smaller local mall. Canal ride has easy access to downtown Bangkok malls. Overall great stay.

The room is a little old but suitable for the price. The rest is well maintained, convenient to travel, close to The Mall Bangkapi, just 1 minute walk. The staff speaks well. The housekeeper comes to clean the room every day. If I have business in that area again, I will definitely stay here again.

Clean room, view next to the train, very good value, has a microwave, the hotel is near Happyland. a lot of food Ask for plates and bowls to eat in the room. The owner of the hotel is kind, Bonikadee, and the staff cleans it every day. Change the towel every day
