Friendly staffs! Very nice location for shopping!!

The room is clean and very convenient. I like that you can walk out to find something to eat. It's very close. The staff are lovely and give good advice.

The hotel entrance is confusing. Follow the signs and enter the building, but you can't get in. You have to go out and enter another alley. There is an additional 500 baht deposit for the key. The room is good and spacious, but both pillows have brick stains. Other than that, it's good. At night, the noise of racing cars is loud because it's on the road, but I'm a light sleeper, so it's not a problem. There's a microwave, but no hair dryer.

The receptionist is friendly. The owner of the hotel is kind. The father and son only use the room. There is no soundproofing system.

The staff are cheerful and friendly.

Comfortable room and clean, next to the Mall Bangkapi. I love it.

Room: Feels homy. Not very luxurious (just like most 3-star hotels), but have a lot of amenities (sink, microwave, fridge, etc). The 3-4 pax room is very spacious and includes a washing machine and dining table. Amenities: free Wi-Fi and 2 bottles of water every day. Standard room has a sink, microwave, and a mini fridge. The bigger room has a bigger fridge, a washing machine, and a dining table. The hotel has two elevators. Free breakfast is not included. Toilet includes a bidet shower. Location: Just right besides Mall Lifestore Bang Kapi, which is a wonderful mall and has a lot of stores and restaurants. Lotus Bangkapi is right across the street. However, Bang Kapi itself is quite far from the city centre (~1 hour by boat to Pratunam or ~30 minutes by car). There are small street food market and a 7-Eleven near the mall. Accessibility: Very close to Mall Bang Kapi Pier. Bang Kapi Station (Yellow Line) is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff: The staffs are very friendly and helpful, although the English is a bit limited, basic questions and requests are not a problem. Overall: For its price it’s a very good 3-star hotel. Not very luxurious, but a lot of amenities and friendly staffs. Very recommended if you’re not looking for a hotel that is very close to the city centre.

The place is comfortable for a 3-star hotel, and right next to a mall that has everything with a food budget of 30-200 baht with various choices. The room is comfortable for families too because there are several facilities such as a sink, refrigerator, and others. Recommended

The location it 's too far to my itinerary but for the price its good, but i kind scared because the hotel a bit looks old, overall good.

The room is a little old but suitable for the price. The rest is well maintained, convenient to travel, close to The Mall Bangkapi, just 1 minute walk. The staff speaks well. The housekeeper comes to clean the room every day. If I have business in that area again, I will definitely stay here again.

The bedroom is very comfortable, the service is very good, traveling near the mall is more convenient.

Clean room, view next to the train, very good value, has a microwave, the hotel is near Happyland. a lot of food Ask for plates and bowls to eat in the room. The owner of the hotel is kind, Bonikadee, and the staff cleans it every day. Change the towel every day

Overall the room is ok. but the service is bad Have to wait to check in because the staff is not there. Drinking water must call to ask if it will be available.
