Overall was wonderful. They arranged a connecting room for my family. Nice big rooms. Ample parking. Good breakfast. Just have to improve on the tuktuk service more frequently is good.b

Nice hotel, restaurant and pool area. However, it's hard to reach and despite being very close from the airport train and MRT, it's not walkable and requires a shuttle service that only runs once an hour

Had a great stay all staff were very nice. I did have a very minor issue, i agreed day before late checkout at 2pm free of charge on the day at 12pm reception rang to say i need to checkout at 1pm !

Some of the best beds ever. Super comfortable. Room was exceptional. 10 out of 10 space. Excellent amenities, super polite. Everyone, great service from staff, and everything was immaculate and clean.
