Staff are so great! Shuttle bus service is great as well! Room is clean and comfortable.

去M R T要好長路程，只能夠call車或者搭佢哋嘅專線車出去，非常不方便

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The bed was very comfortable and the pool on the 10th floor was great! There was no hot water for showers in the room but that wasn't a huge deal for me. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious although they only offer a small menu and it's overpriced. (they also charge a 10% service fee + 7% tax on everything) But overall, I enjoyed my stay. It's in a quiet area close to the blue line and the Makkasan train station making getting to and from the airport easy. I would consider staying there again next time!

從機場快線Makkasan車站到飯店的指示不清楚。走路距離有點遠，而且要穿越鐵軌。飯店接駁車要到捷運三號出口聯絡飯店來接。

Really disappointed!! The housekeeping is poor!! No toilet paper and the refrigerator was left with a bag of potato chips which was opened (left by the previous customer) when we first entered the room. No housekeeping was given on the 2nd day (with no change of the bedding sheet and folding of quilt as well as the rubbish bin wasn’t been cleared). When we called to the front desk, the manager didn’t offer us to change to another room. Instead, he said he would ask the housekeeping staff to come and have a look, and then to report to him first in order to decide the next step! Also, tge road from MRT to the hotel is terrible because it is not a proper road for pedestrians, it is a traffic road with the sewage alongside. It is completely dangerous and disgusting to walk along this all the way. Won’t consider to stay in this hotel again.

房間的沐浴乳味道不太好，有點像潮濕沒有乾的味道。 飯店有接駁車到車站，但沒有接駁車到百貨喔！我看飯店設施那邊還是說有。 叫車到central word大約80泰銖左右看有沒有塞車，其他都蠻好的

overall is very good. breakfast is decent and nice also. but wish that can open a gate in back of the hotel, so that can go thru 7-11 sooner.

pool is wonderful. shuttle service is value added as this hotel is 10mins walk from subway. and if can provide pickup for checkin guests would be helpful. staff are polite and nice. just the bed is bit too soft to my back.

住宿是曼谷的地鐵中轉站，去那裏都方便，雖然BTS或地鐵站要行十分鐘才到酒店。但酒店有Shuttlebus可接送。酒店內泳池很美觀，職員也很有禮貌。但酒店比較環保，牙刷，梳，沐浴帽都是不主動供應。我覺這酒店非常好。

服務人員的態度很好，協助我們很多事情，早餐也不錯，離機場快線很近，飯店有接駁也很貼心載我們到車站，房間乾淨舒服，也很安靜，床很好睡，只是飯店偏環保，要自備牙刷牙膏跟拖鞋，有點小小郊區到熱鬧點的地方需要搭車

飯店前台有個叫PALM的服務人員，他還有個可愛的中文名字叫張宛文，她的中文說的非常好，而且非常親切，解決了我們很多問題，讓我感受到飯店用心。 這家飯店位於機場快線步行約10分鐘，但有免費的接駁車前往，而且接駁車服務人員也很親切，雖然到車站時我們必須步行橫跨鐵軌，但這是條捷徑請不要在乎它。 另外，房間很乾淨，但是沒有提供牙刷和紙拖鞋，但是我不在乎，因為環境保護非常重要。 我推薦這家酒店。如果您打算乘坐機場快線，這家酒店是個不錯的選擇。

酒店整體很好, 員工有善, 地區位置好, 方便坐車/BTS, 周邊有食店, 有機會也會再度住該酒店.

位置極不方便。即使附近有鐵路站 但沒有出口，要走一大圈才到。而且房內沒有牙刷，梳子，要詢問櫃檯才有。

床很好睡，距離市區較遠，附近無商店，但有接駁車到central world 和捷運站，房間是密閉無對外窗，所以有霉味，無提供牙刷和刮鬍刀。服務人員優良友善。

性價比高，房間雖小，但整體上仍屬中上之選

有24小時可接駁至MRT的phetchaburi站，或者可到phetchaburi站前10分鐘撥電話至櫃台也可至出口接送，真的好方便。只是附近沒有7-11有點可惜。

住宿位置真的不太好走路，我們都是搭計車程出入沒有走在路上，飯店最棒的地方是床好睡，其他都還好中規中矩沒有驚艷，但價格也算實惠，整體以這個價格來說還行！

出入有點點不方便、不過酒店入面其實好好、整個過程都好喜歡、尢其是個 gym room & Swimming poor 正正、房間色調和諧、張twin bed 非常舒服、所有員工好nice 好helpful , 會有下一次機會入住=）
