The location is very close to public transportation, the rooms are very clean. If I go to Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at the Mercure again. And it is very suitable if you invite children to vacation at this hotel. Very nice hotel.

Receptionist very helpful, great location, so close to BTS National Stadium and all malls in Siam, room very comfortable and so clean cause everyday I always ask to make up my room. Make it easy for breakfast because they have halal food in restaurant.

Stayed on the 19th floor and was not told of the construction. It started 11:30am and was told the constant banging would stop by 5pm but it didn’t stop till 6:30pm. On my last day I wanted to relax before checking out but the constant banging made me decide to check out early. The manager was aware of it and still booked customers on that floor. Also the sky bar is on the 9th floor and not on the 29th. On 29th floor is the pool with one person working up there. After he took my order and brought it to me, I didn’t not see him again.
