My Hotel Phuket

The pictures on Expedia do not match the hotel booking database. The room I booked should have a table for working area for the laptop, I was given a room with just a bed.The advertisement shows laptop compatible safe, but the room has a small removable safe box. The ceiling in the hallway on top floor has holes to let the water come down to the floor when it rains . There is a bad smell in the room, it appears to be black mold smell. I informed the staff about the bad smell , which I think the knew about it, and they moved me to another room. The wifi/Internet is very slow, at times is less than 1 MB. I stayed one night, the following day I changed hotel.

Stayed 4 nights. The rooms and service was good, but the sound in the building is terrible. Was on the 3rd floor and you can hear everything happening in the lobby, also the doors slam super loud. They need to sound proof the doors. Worst of all is right next to the building is a chicken farm or something. The rooster there every morning at 5am would go off, and would do this every 10 minutes until 8-9am. I personally only slept a few hours a night. I wish I bought a gun from down the road to end that thing after night 1.

I will definitely return. 1 week is not enough. Check in and out smoothly. Cleaner was efficient.

I missed connecting flights to Phuket and ended up staying in Bangkok, Then Pattaya. I explained the situation that I would arrive very late the 2nd day of my trip to Phuket, with a day unused at hotel. Staff was made aware well in advance of my inability to make my reservations, and could easily rebook the room during High Season, which most likely did, along with refusing to refund my money.

Don't know where to begin. No hot water, TV wouldn't turn on, WiFi was totally unusable, and when I checked in they downgraded my room and then didn't offer to fix it after I brought it to their attention. Finally, the key they gave me was nearly broken and it ended up breaking the rest of the way in the door and they charged me 1000baht for that. Do yourself a favor and find any other hotel. There's tons of options that are better in the same area for the same price. Won't ever go back here again.

booked this hotel. When I got to reception they said they were fully booked. They sent me to one of the other hotels which was nearly 3 km away. which was too far away for me so didn’t end up staying there never got my money back.

I booked the hotel in advance and get confirmation. When we reach to hotel , there has no more room available and they said this confirmation is not come from them . In the mid night , they don’t take any responsibility to find another available hotel or rooms. We can’t do nothing at midnight

Horrible condition of rooms. We were given room where tv wasn't working, bathrooms were old and fridge was broken The photos on their page are deceiving and Photoshopped to name the place look better. Also they didn't give us the room which we booked from which looked modern and new but gave us old room where toilets were blocked. Tv not working. Fridge broken and furniture way too old which needed to be thrown in rubbish and stained. Linen. I have taken photos to show how the real room looked like. Will never book this hotel again. Would never stay here again.

New owners wanted cash not credit card unhelpfull till I said I was going somewhere else.

Terrible AC Took them 3 very hot nights to finally fex it we had to get so mad to get anthing done customer service was very rude we will not be back we had 4 rooms rented there

We like that it was convenient that's why we picked it the rooms are way smaller than they appear in photos are air conditioning did not work for 2 days and we thought with the owner to fix it moved us to a Room overnight and said don't shower don't touch anything just sleep here then they finally got someone in to fix our air conditioner and then it was better then we had an extra Room reserved and they kicked us out we could not stay there had to go to another hotel very poor service would not even speak with us about it we will not be back

We thought for them for 3 days to get air conditioning and they kept refusing and so we threaten to leave and they finally got air conditioning working we will not be back we had 4 people there everybody and had problem with air conditioning and refrigerator hardly noparking

air con barely worked have stayed there before in a reasonable room but i would not go back. it is a budget hotel in a good location but there are better around

Location great - easy walking to everything Don't book building be if you can't walk up several flights of stairs Make sure you get the room you paid for as we got charged extra thinking we booked wrong and then had to argue to get money back from owner. Other staff were lovely

Reception un helpful room air conditioner leaked 5L a night no elevator room run down wouldn't recommend my hotel 2 to anyone my hotel is ok

Polite and pleasant staff... room clean and comfortable... good location, easy access to food, beach walking distance, walking distance to night attraction but not noisy.

Great location and on the look for a nice place for future trips i came acrosse MyHotel. Checkin took very long, as my booking could not been traced but anyways. Rooms are nicely designed, yet worn off quite abit but price makes up for it. Aircon has not seen any servicing ever since ad drainage pipe probably clogged it seems but comfortable bed was fine enough. Yet the sevice staff at building b front desk (apart from super friendly cleaning lady) not up to any Thai standard. Unfriendly and extremly unhelpful, probably soaked in too much water during songran which for me makes it not a place i will ever return, as especially the Thai friendliness makes me hopping over often from neighnouring Singapore. Highly unrecommended.

The hotel is very basic and needs a bit of attention. Wifi was not working for duration of my stay. Bed was comfy but linen was old AC was good and hot water was good.

I arrived late night and was told that elevator is out of order. Later I found it was dirty because someone sicked in it! This is not first time I stayed here but never worst like this time. I booked Grand room which was supposed to be nice because it is new and spacious. However the room is tiny and facility ran down: the curtain was falled down and despite I told front desk several times, nobody fix it. The sink is also leaking. Housekeeping does not change bed linen despite it marked dirty. I found out the staff smile but it was from their head instead of heart so it is “fake”.

Great place and location. The hotel looks new and the rooms are spacious. A perfect place to be at.
