Staff was well trained, friendly and enthusiastic for getting feedback. The location was not noisy, so I could stay without hitch.

Helt ok. Svårt hitta receptionen. Polen va jätte liten. Bullrigt då ett bygge höll på. Sängen va kanon. Balkongen pytte liten.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the location was very walkable to everything. One downside is that it can be loud at night due to the dive bar located directly underneath. The property is very outdated overall, especially the bathroom, which did not match the photos shown. Some amenities, such as the soap dispenser and kettle, were old and worn, with the soap dispenser even being broken. If you’re simply looking for a place to crash and don’t mind sacrificing comfort, it may work, but it’s not ideal for relaxing or enjoying the hotel. I personally didn’t feel very comfortable or able to fully unwind during my stay and found myself ready to leave. The staff, however, were kind and friendly. Overall, the hotel just feels very old. The pictures on Expedia do not match the hotel booking database. The room I booked should have a table for working area for the laptop, I was given a room with just a bed.The advertisement shows laptop compatible safe, but the room has a small removable safe box. The ceiling in the hallway on top floor has holes to let the water come down to the floor when it rains . There is a bad smell in the room, it appears to be black mold smell. I informed the staff about the bad smell , which I think the knew about it, and they moved me to another room. The wifi/Internet is very slow, at times is less than 1 MB. I stayed one night, the following day I changed hotel.

Stayed 4 nights. The rooms and service was good, but the sound in the building is terrible. Was on the 3rd floor and you can hear everything happening in the lobby, also the doors slam super loud. They need to sound proof the doors. Worst of all is right next to the building is a chicken farm or something. The rooster there every morning at 5am would go off, and would do this every 10 minutes until 8-9am. I personally only slept a few hours a night. I wish I bought a gun from down the road to end that thing after night 1.

I will definitely return. 1 week is not enough. Check in and out smoothly. Cleaner was efficient.

I missed connecting flights to Phuket and ended up staying in Bangkok, Then Pattaya. I explained the situation that I would arrive very late the 2nd day of my trip to Phuket, with a day unused at hotel. Staff was made aware well in advance of my inability to make my reservations, and could easily rebook the room during High Season, which most likely did, along with refusing to refund my money.

Ved ankomst fik ikke det værelse der var bestilt, fik et dårligere. værelset var ikke rengjort, måtte selv hjælpe personalet med rengøring, saftybok virkede ikke blev dog skiftet. fik nyt værelse efter 3 overnatninger som ibedste fald var ok. efter værelseskift ændre personalet karakter, og meget behagelige og hjælpsomme. dårlig start, men heldigvis god ferie

Obwohl ein Premium Zimmer gebucht wurde, haben wir trotz Einforderung keines erhalten. Wir wurden in eines der beiden Nebengebäude einquartiert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schmutzig. (Weiße Socken sollte man im Koffer lassen) Leider mussten wir dann auch spät Abends das Zimmer tauschen weil es in unserem einen Stromausfall gab. (Der Elektriker war jedoch sehr nett und engagiert). Eine Entschädigung oder den Versuch etwas wieder gut zu machen gab es nicht.

Don't know where to begin. No hot water, TV wouldn't turn on, WiFi was totally unusable, and when I checked in they downgraded my room and then didn't offer to fix it after I brought it to their attention. Finally, the key they gave me was nearly broken and it ended up breaking the rest of the way in the door and they charged me 1000baht for that. Do yourself a favor and find any other hotel. There's tons of options that are better in the same area for the same price. Won't ever go back here again.

booked this hotel. When I got to reception they said they were fully booked. They sent me to one of the other hotels which was nearly 3 km away. which was too far away for me so didn’t end up staying there never got my money back.

Very central, very nice and helpfull staff. Spend an entire mouth there, in what I think is there smallest room. With no view, no balcony, but everything I needed was there. Can only recommend, if you want to fairly cheap in the middle of Patong!

Bästa ställe i Patong Fantastiskt ställe i bästa lilla område i Patong. Önskar jag bott där från början. Häftig design av rummet och badrummet.
