The staff are friendly and speak very well. I recommend that you call the hotel number to ask. We requested to check in before the time (12:00). Check-in was possible, but it might depend on the room whether there were previous guests or not. There is free coffee and drinks before noon. There is a 7-Eleven at the entrance. There are some snacks in the refrigerator for you to eat, but I'm not sure if the hotel provides food.

ห้องกว้างดี อยู่ในสถานที่ๆ เงียบ มีที่จอดรถพอเพียง แต่โรงแรมเปิดมานานพอสมควร เฟอร์นิเจอร์บางอย่างควรปรับปรุง เก้าอี้ที่นั่งในห้องพิงไม่ได้ เพราะพนักพิงชำรุด โทรทัศน์ในห้องที่พักเก่ามากกกกกก แอร์ปรับอุณหภูมิไม่ได้เสียงดังมากๆ กระดาษชำระไม่เพียงพอ ใช้ได้แค่ส่วนที่เหลือจากผู้พักเก่า โอกาสคงต้องตามหาสถานที่ใหม่หละ

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ใกล้กับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเชียงใหม่ และ ที่สำคัญใกล้กับกาดจริงใจเพียง 200 เมตร ห้องพักกว้างขวาง แอร์ทำงานดี น้ำไหลแรง น้ำอุ่นทำงานดีมากแม้ข้างนอกจะหนาวมากก็ตาม ที่จอดรถมีทั้งแบบในร่มและลานจอดที่กว้างมาก จอดรถได้สบายๆ พนักงานใส่ใจบริการดี มีกาแฟเครื่องให้บริการฟรีด้วยตอนเช้า WIFI ทำงานได้ดีมาก ส่วนตัวชอบที่พักที่นี่ แนะนำถ้ามาเชียงใหม่เป็นอีกหนึ่งทางเลือกในการจองที่พักที่ประหยัด ตั้งใจกลางเมือง เดินทางง่าย มี 7-11 หน้าโรงแรม และของกินหาง่าย

It is a continued stay from the first booking booked 13-15 January 2023 with the following events occurring in the stay: 1. The door that locks the room is broken. Which is expected to be broken since entering the room at 11:30 p.m. on January 14, 2023, which does not know that the broken door came to know only at 6:45 am when leaving the room and could not lock the door (the lever can be rocked up - down without touching the Key Card) 2. When moving to a new room After lowering his ass into the chair Not in time to put on all the weight The chair was completely broken. As if the chair in the room was not rechecked in any way 3. Inform the afternoon staff (men) to come up and look, instead accusing the customer of breaking the chair. Speak as if the customer has to pay for the broken chair, which is not okay. Ask to talk to the manager, but there is no feedback from the hotel at all. In summary, the first 2 nights stay was good, but the last night was truly divine.
